We love this place!!! They have remodeled recently and improved on the food and service. The vibe is very chill with Buddha bar music. The staff is friendly and the manager she is really sweet. They remembered our names when we came back after only one time of meeting us. Extremely personable which always makes guest feel wanted. They seem to have alot of regulars cause several of the staff would go up and say hi to different tables. The staff prebused our table constantly the waitress was constantly checking on us. The waitress also made good suggestions off the menu that were delicious. The manager consistently made table visits. Which now a days that is rare!! They were greeting all guest at the front door in prompt time. The sushi taste really fresh. They have Happy hour from 5-7. If you go during that time you also get a small happy hour food menu. Overall this place is a really nice chill place to go check out. Ive been in the restaurant business for over 20 years so Im extremely observant and look at many details and Moon deserves a complement and to be recognized. Thanks for the wonderful treatment and delicious food!!!!!! You have to try the Ceviche Roll its my favorite . We will see you soon.

Last night was the last straw. I have been coming to Moon Thai for years, because they used to have great prices and amazing sushi and Thai food. But now that they have remodeled, prices are up at least 30%, portions have been cut in half, and quality has plummeted. I used to brag about this place. It used to be leaps and bounds over sushi sake, my go to restaurant 3 times a week, but not anymore. To the Moon Thai investors and management, this regular customer noticed! And will never be back. You have ruined this amazing restaurant. Between taking away all night happy hour to changing recipes and slashing quality...there is nothing left of this once fantastic restaurant. New update: 3/26 I decided to stray in with a couple of girls after work for happy hour. The drinks are now the old regular price and the increased the prices of the drinks on the regular menu. Lychee martinis are now $7! Almost doubled from the original price of $4. $7 for a martini with house liquor?! Dont order the snacks on the happy hour menu! Its a ripoff. $7 for 3 wontons with a shrimp on top...these people are insane. Thank you for adding to my list of why I stopped going there. Nothing has gotten better.

Horrible, I used to go there every week until they tricked me with the hibachi table. I made a reservation for 8:00pm . I arrived at 7:30pm and they said the table wasnt ready . They advised I needed to go back at 8:00pm. As I was exiting the restaurant a party of 5 arrived asking for a hibachi table ( they didnt say they had a reservation) they were told to wait and they sat to wait. I went to the mall to pass the time away, and when I came back at 8:00pm sharp, guess what? The party of five were being seated right in front of my eyes before me. I asked for my hibachi table and they said it is not ready you have to wait extra 25 minutes. I said , they arrived after me and they are being seated now. The server lied and said, they had a reservation. I got furious and said cancel the whole thing. I went to outback by the falls where I had a better service and a delicious steak. I am not planning to go back here ever. They have lost a weekly client with their disservice.

El peor restaurante que e visitado la fachada te deslumbra pero la comida malísima....... Tuve q salir de ahy a comprar una pizza. La comida fría y él arroz crudo. Y uno le dice a la mesera q la comida esta mala y bien por ti, superarlo. Y trata de vivir con eso no es él predio si no la calidad y en eso no te van a sorprender.Si eres de un paladar exigente y te gusta probar algo nuevo este NO es él lugar.

In being a sushi lover and having visited many sushi bars/restaurants, I can honestly tell you that this venue is one truly worth visiting. From the moment you enter your senses are relaxed with the openness of the space and the mood of sexy modern beats. The staff is very friendly and always displaying a smile. The sushi, WOW, beautiful display, perfect portions, and all at a very reasonable price. At the end we where greeted by the Manager (Mr Fernando) which seemed very concerned on how our evening went and mentioned the other great locations they have. I will definitely return again, perhaps to check out their beautiful bar and listen to some great tunes (maybe even celebrate my birthday with friends). Great place to disconnect from the everyday hustle.

I waited for 15 minuets and the waitress only came by once took our beverage order and left. She never came by to check on us, even though I was looking at her and trying to get her attention. I asked the hostess to move us to another section since we were not receiving service. Instead of handling the issue immediately. She said I will be right back and walked away. I have been there in the past and the food is good, but service has always been sub-par. Today was definitely the worst. I will never be back there again. PS. I work in the service industry and I am extremely patient with the servers and how busy they can get. But 15 minuets waiting for a server and the section was empty it is un acceptable.

HUGE DISSAPPOINTMENT!!!! I came here last month for my grandsons birthday and we did the Hibachi dinner. The show was fantastic and we a had a great time. However, last night I went with a party of 8 for my mother in laws birthday and boy we were disappointed. We did the Hibachi again but this time the cook was awful. The food was just ok, he barely spoke didnt put on a show and left the table after 15 minutes of cooking. Mean while we all watched the table behind us since they had a fantastic show going on. I had asked when I got there if I could request a cook they said no. For $358.00 I WILL NEVER GO BACK EVER!!!

I have been coming here for years, it used to be good but they occasionally have mishaps, the last time we came a glass literally exploded in my sons hand(never ever had this happen anywhere and i wouldnt belive it if i didnt see it with my own eyes) i figured that can only happen once so i went back today to have lunch with my son and when i started eating the salad it had slimy decaying lettuce in it that was so old it had turned into almost a paste, That is not ok and i dont want to know how they keep the rest of the food. i will not be coming back ever.

Its not outstanding food.. but its not horrible food. Its just average. If it were half the price it would be a lot easier to digest, but at the extreme pricing its just not up to par with what you expect for this kind of money. My suggestion would be to drive the few extra miles to Bangkok Bangkok on Kendal Drive.. The prices are better and the food is exceptional. I will probably eat here again but only out of convenience by it being at the mall. Definitely didnt wow me.
