Great, flavorful Subs but, Piss-Poor customer service ... guy brought me my sub, he didnt give me a chance to thank him, just threw it on my table. Another time, I asked another guy where the restroom was so I could wash my hands before I ordered -&- he asked me in a rude manner if I was even going to order anything ... this is No way to treat a customer, especially one as polite as I am because I too work in customer service and know what its like to deal with certain people who treat the people serving them with no respect.

The sandwiches have are five star. But the personel any. The tables were not clean. I ask one of the to clean it... and he throws averything to the chairs and floors. Too many highschool students working there with no manners at all. The floors lookes like a swimming pool as the one sweeping did not had a clue on how to do it. Manager around?. Unless he was 18 there was no one else.... what a shame

Moved here from Melbourne. Second time going here. First time, green peppers were raw. Not cooked all the way as it should be. And they ran out of pickles. Second time, I asked for them to make sure its cooked all the way. Told him, everything but mushrooms. Reiterated no mushrooms. What do I come home to? Mushrooms and raw green peppers. Shame. Its one of our places to eat at.

Food was as expected. Service was quick. No Captin Sorensens hot sauce out and was missing my favorite sauce, Gator hammock. We will be back since this is close to home. Only complaint was the sauce, but just had to ask for some as they kept it behind the counter.

Friendly & polite staff. The sandwiches taste good and are on par with Subways prices depending on the size. The cookies are just okay. The food was ordered on-line but wasnt ready at the designated time (I had to wait an additional 10-15 min.).

Both sandwiches were made wrong despite double checking order at register. They ask if we wanted pickles and still didnt give them to us. Worst firehouse experience Ive had. Will not be coming back to this location.

The subs here are great. Theyre about as good as subs youd get from Jimmy Johns. Id recommend you try the hot sauce, as its not very spicy and it adds more flavor to the food.
