Were in there so often the staff remember us how funny but. its really good sandwiches. The staff is pretty standard not too nice or too rude just standard. I notice they always greet law & fire when they enter. hit or miss or everyone else. The only reason I cant objectively give them 5 stars is that almost everytime we visit I have to wipe of the tables myself. whoever is in charge of that drops the ball at times. not sure if its because they are assign to other duties but thats the only thing thats a little bothersome but great place. overall pretty clean and good service.

Sloooooow service on a Saturday afternoon! Why?!? Four workers were there behind the counter. There was one customer in front of me, and my order took 10 minutes. Finished my bag of chips before sub was ready. Placing a large order? Better call ahead. Other than that, the Hook and Ladder Sub tastes great. Subs are served toasted.

My husband & I visited this place several times. The staff is great!!! Watch out for Ms. Fae....shes the one that puts together the BEST chicken, bacon, & ranch sub!!! Shes excellent in her work & takes pride in it. Overall, the food is fresh & the place is clean!! Highly recommend this facility!!

From the greeting you get when you step in, until the have a nice day when you go, the whole experience is so nice. Great staff, great subs! the engineer is my fave. Plus, you are supporting our first responders. Buy an empty pickle bucket for 2 $ and make a donation for the firefighters!

I really like this place. It can get really busy around lunch time, but they are still pretty quick. Employees are above average in comparison to many fast food joints. Quite a few here such as Benjamin and Hoote (and more!) who make ordering more enjoyable.

Tried it for the first time a day or two ago. Sub tasted amazing and their Coca-Cola Freestyle machine is awesome! Gives you over 100 different sodas and flavors to choose from.
