They need to get their act together. They made me wait 15 mins just to find out they gave my pizza away to someone else who by the way had just walked in. Upon my request the staff in the back were even laughing about the whole thing. Only reason i didnt request for a refund was that i promised my 5 yr old pizza. I will never come back here . Mgnt should really get it together here . Your staff apparently think its a playground and that its ok to laugh at their customers after their own mistakes.

Staff is almost always young kids that could care less about customer service. There is always a long line and staff is very unprofessional, in fact Im amazed that they havent shirt down or gone out of business as bad as they do it. I honestly can not say one good thing about this "pizza place"! Was happy when they opened till we ate there a few times.

I went to the store at 9:45 pm and it was close and I called the store and the said they were close buy you go online and it says its open from 10am to 11pm I told the guy that pick up and he said we close at 10pm so I said ok but its 9:45pm he said well were close and the site is wrong I will never go to this store again false advertising.......

Ordered a half cheese half pep. pizza and had to wait over 30 mins. After waiting for 20 mins I asked if my pizza was ready and he said he didnt see my pizza and forgot to put it in the oven. Slowest service ever!! Not coming back *still gave me the wrong pizza after the 40 minute wait.

2nd time here. The staff acts like a bunch of kids. One lady yelled at a staff member so everyone can hear her. Very unprofessional. $5 Lunch Combo is supposed to be hot and ready between 11-2 Weekdays. Both times I went there werent any ready. I will not be returning.

I just left, and went to Pizza Hut down the street. They tryed to give me a old cold Pizza and the tip of the pizza had no cheese. Horrible service.
