I order from here today, after an hour and a half of waiting and calling to ask where my order was they told me it was 5 minutes away. 10 minutes later I get a call saying the incompetent driver delivered my food to the wrong house. No sorry, no nothing. He answer was oh we can make your food again its going to take 30-40 minutes again? Im sorry what?! I have a two year old who was hungry and I had to get something last minute. They didnt to offer to comp the food or anything remotely near that or offer good customer service. I asked for my money refunded and the guy couldnt even do that right and said he had to calm be back. 30 minutes later and no call I call the store back and the gushed like oh yeah I forgot I refunded the card. Seriously?! You could even remember a little phone call? This was the final strike and I wont be ordering here ever again. The last time they screwed my order up and the manager took the call and said that he made it personally so he knew it wasnt wrong, yeah it was and he was an ass. Save your sanity and take your business somewhere else. I know I will from now on.

Delivery rates are above average Wings are overcooked/hard Tenders have cartilage too often. Boneless nuggets are good Burgers are good (maybe dry but idk) Fries are hands down the worst Ive seen. Appetizers are ok Fried shrimp is ok Delivery has gotten my order wrong, but only twice in over a years patronage. Thats an acceptable margin of error, for me. tl; dr: the joint meets the bare minimum of what youd hope out of a local food place. BUT the things I do like they do well. Establishments are clean. Also those sauces are on point. Grade: C

I absolutely love this place. Its a great sweet spot between BK and a low-end restaurant when it comes to burgers. Also, their onion rings are amazingly crispy and the spicy jelly that comes with them is absolutely delicious! They offer deliveries, takeout, or you can eat in if you like also. Though they are a wing place, their burgers are top notch. I cant speak as to the wings as of yet, but the burgers are to die for. I would highly recommend you check this place out if you live in the area.

Good food but customer attention to detail is awful, I ordered for delivery at 715pm 911pm still no delivery. When I would attempt to call the store to get an update they would hang up, the guy in charge Mark had no answer for me just to offer a refund. The worst thing is that the restaurant wasnt even busy. To bad good food but badly administrated.

The wings are DRIED OUT, OVER COOKED &VERY SALTY. They just throw a ton of salty wing sauces on the wings. I ordered from here twice. I ordered for a family of 5 which they dont have family size options. Very OVER PRICED, and both times my order was not up to par. I wish i could rate lower than a 1 star. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!

Food is great but the delivery service is horrible. Its not the driver either, its the restaurant. I have finally reached my limit after several incorrect orders. If I eat Wing Mania again in the future it will be because I personally went there so I can double check my order.

Came here while visiting my boyfriend, was really close to his house. Burgers and wings are awesome, service time was pretty quick, although they didnt seem to have many people on staff...other than that awesome place! Would definitely recommend!

I dont mind when my order gets messed up, but if it takes you over an extra hour to come back with something that technically shouldve been done right the first time, thats what I have an issue with. Wont be ordering from here again.
