I worked for BM in the mid 90s so I know what the corporate standard is (or at least what it was). The chicken I was served today should have never been put on a customers plate. It honestly looked like it was pulled out of the pick chicken bin from yesterday, reheated and served to me. It was overcooked, dry and looked like it had already been chewed. The saving grace for my lunch was the side items, they are the reason this a 2 star review instead of a 1 star. It saddens me as an ex-employee to see the standards of this place so blatantly ignored.

The food is great, the facility is kept well and the service from the staff tends to be quite good, all except for management when there is a problem. Nelson Vasquez of store 489 was extremely rude and disrespectful to a patron, I can only infer by the way he spoke to my father that he is like that with all guests. Id sooner not give this eatery a star, but as Im required, Ill give it at least a 1 for the staff, if for nothing else. That said, the management is the worst Ive ever seen.

Well I always have gone there and love the food, but yesterday I made my first order online and my order was wrong. And I didnt noticed till I got to work that my order was wrong.... I had to eat it cause I had no choice I couldnt leave work again to go change it.... Please make sure that your orders are correct before giving it to the customers, specially if its a drive through customers. We dont have time to be going back.....

While standing in line a Caucasian gentleman walked up to view the menu clearly and the server (Caucasian female) just disregarded me standing right in front of her and asked the gentleman can she help him!!! He looks at her and says " Im not next. THE lady thats standing DIRECTLY in front of you is". Being disgusted I walked out of the establishment and most likely wont ever eat at this location again!!!!!!

My family and I went to dinner, for a total of total of $46.35. I was shocked to found a dead lady bug in our food. I brought it to the manager who took the plate back to the kitchen, but too bad, we lost our appetite. I will know next time to stay away.

Tonight wasnt a good night for B.M. Normally always great. But when I get off work, come here and have to wait 15 minutes for the chicken to cook, well its unacceptable. They do sell chicken right?? Management wasnt on their game tonight. Poor planning.

Ask for extra sauce for my chicken because it was dry. The cashier said .99 cents. The manager NESTOR came out screaming no no like if he had paid for it and I was taking it from him. Very embarrassing,rude, and UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!
