Great bbq sandwiches in a surprising location. With reclaimed wood sides, vintage style signs, and Edison bulbs, the restaurant seems more at place in Williamsburg than Little Havana. We ordered the taste of Miami and porchetta preperada sandwiches and both were great. The Miami was great well balanced between the pulled pork and carmalized pineapple. The porchetta was like a blt; the it was cut thick more like thick cut bacon, so dont expect the thin sliced Italian variety. The Cuban bread both were served on was soft and was great for absorbing juices. Then we ordered sausages, the Thai and the beer brat, both were good, but the beer brat was better. The Thai was good with the classic peanuts and spicy after taste but the beer brat was more balanced served with a relish and onions which is the classic sausage pairings. For dessert we had the chocolate chip bacon cookies. The bacon brought out a strong brown sugar taste, similar, but a little softer, to tates cookies. In conclusion, this is a great sandwich place with my only complaint being they didnt have a liquor licence so they couldnt serve beer (but You can byob, and they said the lisence is coming soon).

I would give it 5 stars but one of there employee did not come to work and they where seriously under staff. The cook should not have to serve cook and clean all by himself and at the same time it was a busy afternoon. on the good point he is a excellent employees. The place is a welcome to the ghetto of little Havana in Miami. Finally we are getting places here with class. The food was cook to order fresh and well presented. Compare to having your food drop in front of you with a plastic plate and utensils. Little java does not have lots of decent restaurants like miracle mile. The price are a little pricy but your paying for quality of food not the mush you get in other restaurants around here. The vibe kinda reminds me of burger fi it has a unique look to it. Kinda country, modern, wood, in all very nice.

This place is awesome! Not only do they make their own bacon in house they have a variety of sausages and other cured meats as well as Smoked Meats that have an amazing flavor. You can order sandwiches or order by the pound that as you would in a deli they even do a lot of pop up work with restaurants and are really growing quickly. A favorite among the locals you can basically try any sandwich they have on the menu and it will be delicious.

Woooooooooow! The Bacon Wrapped Plantains, Taste of Miami, Candied Bacon and the Sausage Sampler will have you running back for more! The very best pulled pork sandwiches you will ever have, hands down!!!! Im a first timer who brought two other people for lunch and we are planning another luncheon in the near future. Everything is made from scratch in house with local ingredients and the results are shown in the quality of the food!

Ehhhh. I am really into BBQ/smoking and had their pulled pork sandwich. It was nothing special and not worth the $10 I paid -- actually it is not worth ordering period -- too much money for a tiny and bland sandwich. The Bacon cookie was good and so was the candies bacon -- but they are a BBQ place and the sandwich screwed the rest of it up. Service was great and the place looked awesome -- sandwich still sucked though ...

Oh wow!!! Where do I start?! This place is AMAZING!!! My husband & I saw this place on DDDs . We were so excited to visit. I had the Smokers BLT & my hubby had the Bomb Mi. From the cleanliness of the restaurant to the freshness of the food...EVERYTHING WAS AWESOME!!! We will definitely return to try other menu items

one of the worst bbq places ever!!!! spent $45 on two sandwiches and 2 sausages of which all had horrible taste. too many weird sauces. I think they try way too hard. just keep it simple. the smoked bbq taste is enough. the sandwich bun was cheap small and soggy. just one of the nastiest experiences ever.

The food didnt taste like it was made when you ordered it. It was food that tasted good made in the early day. I found the price to be high for the area its located. This restaurant tries to be part of the wynwood trend but far away removed. I would not suggest going for lunch.

Service could use more people to help out. I waited 20 min to be seated and 45 min for my food to be served. Food was excellent though, amazing flavor. These guys have a unique flavor and certainly will be going back. Get some help with service and this place is 5 stars easy.

Although we didnt have a whole lot of time to stick around the staff was very friendly and we tried the Bacon-Wrapped Plantains and a Homemade Sticky Bun for a quick bite on our way through town....they were delicious! This is one well definitely put on our repeat visit list!

It is not exactly kid friendly but it is a great place to hang out with a more mature group of people. The bacon and most of the meats are very salty. But that is about the only thing that I think they can improve. And dont forget there is no chicken there only beef and pork.

Expensive with portions sometimes taking on tapaesque proportions. On an empty stomach, one would have to spend at least $30-$40 to leave satisfied. But this is the cost of achieving true farm-to-table food. Everything here is miraculously delicious.

First and foremost the wait to be seated is horrible. Once you get passed that you have to wait like an hour for your food to be served to you. After that the food was not all that and it was somewhat cold.. Not worth the wait at all.
