Mi visita fue 08-22-2015. Este es el peor lugar que puede haber asistido el Manager Cesar el cual el apellido no me lo quisieron dar, con muy mala atención al cliente le informe a la camarera que mi sopa sabia extraña y me dijo que le hiba a informar al Manager. El llego a mi mesa junto con mi familia y me dijo que me pasaba y le conteste que la sopa tenía un sabor extraño y q estaba fría, la manera que el Manager Cesar me ayudo fue te la caliento que respuesta es esa para un cliente que te da de comer x ir a tu restaurante no me ofreció cambiarlo x otro plato mejor para mi gusto, nunca mando a la camarera para retirar la sopa y me cobro los $10.00 que costaba . A los dueños va este mensaje los clientes siempre tenemos la razón. Mi familia y yo nunca volviéramos a su restaurante no hay atención al cliente en lo más mínimo. Nunca me había pasado esto antes y me paso en un restaurante de mi propio país.

La verdad quiero expresar mi atención en este restaurante homdureño el mal trato y la falta de respeto hacia las personas primeramente deben de tener Educación para atender al cliente una mujer supuesta mente la encargada me ofendió y me trato como un perro simplemente porque le pedí que agregará un extra que falta de Educación y que vergüenza pase jamás vuelvo a pisar ese lugar no lo recomiendo

Guadalupe was terrible. Worst service I have ever experienced. Our waitress was visible annoyed we did not speak Spanish. Her English was fine, she just didnt want to be bothered. We remained polite the entire time. She did not get any better. At the end she combined our checks and she added her own tip. We politely asked her to separate our checks. She said she could not and walked away without explanation. Never returned and proceed to chst with co-workers at the bar. I walked up and asked to speak to a manager. She said there wasnt one. My wife walked up and explained we are adults who dont just pay for each others food. She rudely took our check and without saying anything split the checks and gave them to us. She didnt speak to us while we paid or for the rest of our visit.

Una experiencia muy desagradable..7 minutos sentados en la meza y nadie nos atendia..hasta que decidi llamar a una joven y le pregunte porque no nos atendian??cuando estaban vacios practicamente.. con muy pocas personas 10 en total y su respuesta fue...vengo llegando..no se nada..verdaderamente decepcionado de este lugar.3220 nw 36 st Miami...

Bueno en pocas palabras ha sido el peor restaurante q he visitado cm cliente nuevo esperas muy buen servicio pero fue todo lo contrario pedimos chuletas y tilapia los dos desabridos nos quejamos el manager un completo idiota solo digo q no lo recomiendo para nada.

Bueno yo fui el jueves a comprar comida unos tacos i unas baleadas muy buena la comida i después voy el domingo a comprar también unos tacos i sólo le hecharon una salsa de tomate i repollo i compré una orden de enchiladas i me sale sólo una enchilada más mala que me iso daño

Came in this afternoon ordered a draft of beer and was advised they were out beer. Then proceeded to order a juice and was advised they were out of that as well. Also ordered watered and was advised that I needed to purchase a bottle of water, as their well water is contaminated. If this is the case not sure how the business is fully operating. Asked for a manager and was advised none was on staff. The food wasnt bad. The baleada de carne was great but the service was not good.

Walking in, the waitresses just looked at us. We just stood there until I asked "Do we sit?" After being seated, the waitress never passed by. We were one of two customers in the whole place. We had to call her to ask for water... and she brought one glass of water instead of two. After the meal, we waited and no one passed by. I had to ask the bartender for the check to pay. The baleada we ate was good, but the service needs improvement.

A mi me encantó la comida es deliciosa,las cocinera cocinan super rico la atención es excelente las meseras y su manager.lo recomiendo mucho casi diario voy a comer baleadas y no me aburro me encantó ese lugar

If i could give it no stars I would. Has nothing to do with the food as it was wonderful. But the service was horrible we sat there waiting for our waitress to acknowledge us then when shed come to us and rush us. My son got really impatient. At one point he threw the utensils on the floor ( I picked them up) I asked for new ones and was told you have some in front of you. Crappy service good food.

Awesome place for Honduran food. Sports bar/restaurant theme, love the look! Formally known as Adelita, which I have been to as well. The Palapa is way much better. Clean environment friendly staff. And keep your eyes open, you might catch a glimpse of a tri-rail pass by from time to time. Always love coming here ;)

The staff is so friendly, they dont really speak English but for us, that made this dinner a completely new experience! The food is great and if you love sports, there are multiple tvs. Service is super quick. We loved it.

1-20-16 Over all it was OK...however, the table olive oil is rancid there fore ruined my salad. The tostones were old and it seems that they were not fresh. The prices are too high.
