As a vegan my options are extremely limited, so I keep going back to Choices more out of default than loyalty. The experience is so incredibly inconsistent. Of the dozens of times Ive ordered an Acai bowl its come with mangoes on top on several occasions (which Im allergic to) and their customer service in the past has been so bad that I resort to just throwing it out rather than trying to sort out a new dish. My order is often incorrect and Ive been forced to wait 40+ minutes in the store for a wrap I ordered on the phone and was told would be ready in 10 minutes. Additionally, dishes have come with ingredients missing, i.e. I shouldnt be paying for avocado if your forget to put it inside. I never know if Im going to get what I order, on time and correct, its probably about 30% right to 70% wrong at this point. Grudgingly Choices will still have my business, I really wish I could write a good review, but they just dont deserve one.

This place has convenient fast and easy service, great taste and friendly, attentive staff -- all of the features needed to be successful restaurant. Although the food is always impressive, I am more excited that they now have an outdoor patio as well. Choices has always been a terrific small business with great heart and caring for their customers, but now they have everything a modern causal dining place should offer. I like each of the three locations, but I love all of the extras at this place in Coral Gables especially because of all the modern updates they feature here. Well done.

The food was ok. The smoothies were awful. I had the tofu scramble and it wasnt that good. I also had the MAC and cheddy but it needed more flavor. This location is not clean. They brought our food out and said they would bring the coffee right back. Never did. No one stays at the front for assistance. They dont restock their plastic wear or napkins. I dont see this place lasting very long.

Amazing location, just found it yesterday. Had a sweet potato and ginger soup which was out of this world. The staff was so friendly and helpful, I literally took about 20 minutes to decide what to order since everything seem so yummy and the staff didnt mind they even helped me decided, full of patience :) The location in the inside seem very clean and great place to eat. Round 2 today!

AWESOME restaurant! Great price, wonderful food, and the service offered is great. They just moved from another location and Im so stoked theyre close to my job now. Im heading there for lunch today. The food is super healthy yet it doesnt feel as though its missing anything--at all. Go there a few times, try different dishes, every dish is guilt-free deliciousness.

I decided to stop coming to this location. They are always messing up the orders and charges you full price even when they are missing the main ingredients to the meals. The food presentation is lousy and sloppy and the food is not always the freshest. The other locations Ive been too are good but this one in Coral Gables is really bad.

Excellent service, delicious food, clean bathrooms. We had the Mental Lentil, kale quinoa hot soup, cold great tasting tea, finished our meal with awesome coffee, and cookies. Great relaxing music and patio sitting also. Staff attentive and friendly. Very happy to find this place in Coral Gables. Will come back to try other dishes.

Visited Choices on a Sunday afternoon, sat outside. It is very calm, beautiful greenery in the back garden. The staff are so up beat and helpful. I had and recommend the Matcha Latte, the Este Loco-Coco and the California with greens. Oh and the probiotic icecream! All so delicious. Love this place. I feel so good.

Amazing food and service. Whatever your diet is, you need to try Choices. They pay great attention to detail and make homemade food- even cheese! They are truly pioneers in healthy eating in Miami. Who else has vegan soft serve ice cream?! Nice outdoor seating available too.

Love this vegan haven in coral gables. Never busy enough, always fresh, healthy and friendly. I visit and look forward to this place each time Im in Miami for business. Fresh or not so much off a flight from Buenos Aires, Ive had this place on my mind all flight!

Love this place! Im so happy they are finally in Coral Gables. I love VAs Insane Mex, Chickens Friend, Mental Lentil and just about everything else. They have cold pressed juices too. Miami needs more places like this.
