Ive been coming here for the past year and a half & have never had a problem. The food is always great. The owners are really nice and work extremely hard. My personal favorite is the veggie delight and shrimp fried rice. The prices are good for lunch specials. The dinner meal portions are huge and worth it! Food has never been cold or tasted bad. Usually when I order Chinese food from any where the prices turn me off or the appearance of the food alone. I give Jin jin 5 stars for the amazing tasting food & good service! Called to order for delivery, the owner said call back in 15 min which I found odd because as a business you Never want to turn away business. Anyway, I called back and the lady on the phone said no more delivery calls until 8pm. Ok, so why did the owner tell me to call back if he wasnt taking anymore delivery orders? He should have just told me this on my first call. Its no wonder they have less than 4 stars. The customer service is lacking and not a good representation as a business. Will never order from here, I will take my business and cash somewhere else.

NO STARS !!! Worse customer service I have ever seen after waiting over 45 minutes for delivery under a huge thunderstorm they couldnt take credit card payment and didnt mention that beforehand .. cash only. When I asked why extremely rude lady that couldnt be understood wouldnt expain. Will never order from them again or recommend them to anyone. Please pass on how rude and boycott this place.

Ordered Chicken Lo-Mein. I assumed it would actually contain chicken, hence the name. These people use SOY CHICKEN and still charge $8 for a quart. Never going here again. It gets better. Im also pretty sure the employees live there as well. I saw about 4-5 Large totes full of clothing and childrens toys right next to the tables where customers eat lol im really not kidding.

1st time, while waiting seated 2 customers got their order wrong... thats odd for a Chinese Rest. The crew looks pretty busy.... I came here due to the good reviews, they should be good at least. They told me 20 min... 40 min so far and counting..... Will give an acertive rating and feedback update after Im done with my order. Good pricing! Good luck!

It was a very bad recommendation because I just made an order in person and I saw one of the workers putting chicken in a container for another order with his bare hands. He was 5 minutes before comming in to the restaurant from out side. He didnt even wash his hands or using gloves

Put real ingredient in the rice...frozen peas..there nothing in there...barely any shrimp....very dissappointed...its all rice nothing elses...the soup taste like nothing just water....they should be ashamed to even sell this food

Worse customer service I have ever had in my life. No one specks English or they want you to think they dont. For get about calling not knowing what to order. They tell you to look it up on Facebook. Lol....

the place is great. I have only eaten there once but i order for delivery all the time and i have never gotten my food cold or incorrect. anytime i convince my wife for Chinese food I order from them.
