LOL This place was sooo interesting. First of all we got lost trying to look for this place, since the map is wrong. Then we were all like oh my gosh this place looks so sketchy with some loud Jamaican music pumping through the speakers. I was like okay, Im just going to stay with my group and be aware of my surroundings b/c I dont want to be killed and have my organs harvested. I did love the atmosphere and the ghetto fabulous lounge chairs without the bottom. They also sold a lot of the spices they used on the side-- along with some soda drinks. The food was cooked really hot. I dont condone them to use those white Styrofoam boxes because I think I was literally eating plastic at some point. I got the jerk pork, which was really tasty yum yum. The RICE and beans were even more tasty being soft and not crunchy yum. Good place for food. Atmosphere was interesting, but I think it would only be fun the first few times lol.

This is the second time Ive been unsatisfied. Went today an the food tasted old. I had brown stew chicken, I was given 4 end pieces of a drum stick with the bone and a few pieces of meat. The meat was hard and dry as if it was cooked days ago.The salad dressing was watered down. I have been prior to today an have been extremely satisfied. I guess I have to find out whose cooking before I go again. The food use to be goooooood but, I dont know what happened. $11 down the drain. Also, the young man who served me was rude. I was telling him what I wanted an he acted as if I wasnt saying anything. THEY NEED BETTER PEOPLE SKILLS. I THINK THEY HAVE FORGOTTEN THAT IS ALL ABOUT PLEASING THE CUSTOMERS. WHEN YOUR CUSTOMER IS HAPPY YOUR BUSINESS IS HAPPY. GET RID OF THE RUDE BOYS. Oh yeah, an the older lady sat there an stared at me the whole time as if I did her wrong.

My husband and I have been going to this restaurant since they have been open. The food is wonderful, especially the steam fish. I have tried almost everything, and have never been disappointed. My mother and her husband live in GA, and when they come to visit they have to have Top Taste. If they dont get here by closing time, I usually have to go get it for them. I also have family in the keys that stop by every time they are in town. The food is great and the people are good hearted down to earth people, always smiling and friendly. If you want real Island food with great service this is the place. Call ahead 20 minutes if you order the fish, and try the cake.

We stumbled across this place when searching for something other than McDonalds or Applebees for dinner. What a find!!! The food was all freshly prepared and out of this world tasty. Like being invited to a Jamaican family dinner. The place is more of a delivery front, with a lot of local Jamaican families ordering pick-ups, but what the place lacks in looks it makes up in substance! Awesome goat curry, great steamed fish. We had the grown food on the side - collars greens, plantains, yucca - hearty, healthy, and delicious. A must stop for those looking for a unique experience on their trip to the Everglades.

Stumbled upon this "hole in the wall" while driving ar ound one day and it turned out to be a gem. Its been 4 years and im still going back. True Jamaican cuisine (& Jamaican-Chinese dishes as well fyi), more than generous portions and always fresh. Very clean and relaxed. Guys behind the counter like their music a little loud but not ear shattering. They have a couple of tables to the side if you want to eat-in casually.

This is my third time going to this place,had the brown stew chicken minus it having more bones than meat. Customer service was terrible and the young man who was serving me was very unsanitary and rude!!! He needs to get more Customer service experience!!!! I guess Ill be going to silver spoon Jamaican restaurant from now. This place sucks!!!!!

Food is OK to good but service (slow and disordered) is terrible. The atmosphere is poorly designed to accommodate patrons. There is no seating. The music is way too loud. Staff behavior is also a mixed bag. Overall, its not worth your money. There are better Jamaican restaurant in South Florida.

Ugh, there was no JERK in the CHICKEN. Popeyes spicy chicken had more bite in it. The chicken was dry and tastes retired. I will not go back. Awful. Im very big on fresh food and flavorful meats and sauces. Thumbs down. First and last time

Small and cozy little spot with a very personable owner. The Jamaican food is very tasty and has a very homemade, moms kitchen kind of feel about it. Jerk chicken was excellent and the Jerk pork as well.
