Normally, Id refrain from leaving a negative review. However this places customer service is equally putrid as the tuna tasting chicken I picked up. I ordered a Chicken Lo Mein dinner combo and I had to cover my nose from the smell of a fish market emanating from the rice & chicken. The noodles and fortune cookies were stale and tasted more like the pantry they were stored in than actual food. Nonetheless, the customer service remained on par with this atrocious food - Ill tell you why. I picked up the food and Im already home and ready to eat, when I get a call from the lady at the register telling me they mixed up my order. The lady tells me in indiscernible English if I could bring the food back. I tell her sure Ill take it back, despite not being my error and wasting my time and gas driving back and forth (Im not a delivery boy). I bring it back and all the lady could muster in return was okay rather than a simple thank you as if it were an act of charity. Customer service is universal no matter what language you speak, its inexcusable for a paying customer to deliver food back to you because of your error, let alone you dont offer any semblance of compassion or incentive for their trouble. The young boy behind the counter was generous enough to convince this woman to give me a can of soda (after I had asked for one). My only regret is not having a time machine, so I could erase the thought of ever having considered eating lunch here and throwing my money out. This place doesnt deserve 1 of the 4.5 stars on their reviews, consequently its no surprise why this restaurant is just as empty inside as their parking lot on Sunday during lunch.

I was surprised with the previous reviews because my experience has been so different. The take out service is ok. There are some good dishes like the pad see ew, the general tso chicken, the sushi rolls, and others not that good like the sea food lo mein which is extremly salty and overcooked. Beside that, sometimes they change their own recipes and you dont get what you are used to. The service in the restaurant is slow specially on weekends, the last time I eat there (and probably the least) the apetizer -a tempura dish- came cold and almost when we were finishing the main course. The waitress never offered water to our table and brought the check before we finished without asking if we wanted anything else... And we actually wanted to order a couple of drinks... So 3 stars for the food, 0 stars for the service.

I ordered the masamam chicken with rice. First off, it smelled good...but I had absolutely NO flavor at all! I was highly disappointed and upset. The chicken was very bland. It hardly had any peanuts maybe 6? It was overloaded with potatoes and it didnt have any carrots. Usually masamam has a very delicious coconut curry flavor. This was more like a warm potato soup. The general Tsos chicken was okay to me but my boyfriend ordered it spicy and it was not even close. I had a taste and usually I cannot tolerate spicy. Seriously it was more like honey chicken to me. We were not happy and this was my bday dinner..... :/ The only good thing was the lady that took the order was nice. Thats about it. Im not too pleased with our first order here.

Got general tsaos and chicken lomain. Both were good. General tsaos was lightly breaded (unlike some places where you have all filling and almost no chicken!) - too me thats usually a sign the rest of the food is good! Prices are pretty good too.

Nice restaurant. Probably more used as a takeout place, but sitting down was nice. There was nobody else there when I ate, but the people working there are friendly and nice.
