My night at the resort was horrible first let me start with the rooms are clean but check those bed skirts.... The next morning I attended there breakfast buffet and observed the lady that sets the food in the hot buffet trays was wearing gloves on when she was opening and closing doors ...while she was cleaning with rags then she starts grabbing the panckakes, sausages, bacon and setting them in a line in food trays with those same gloves she had been touching everything with disgusting !!!! Following that incident I need to check out and had to wait in line 40 min to receive my cash deposit back because apparently it doesnt matter wether youre checking in or not you need to make the same line UNBELIEVABLE I called the supervisor after standing there for 40 min and proceed to tell her thats unbelievable that the checkout process was so long I needed to catch a flight and had been in line for 40 min. and that was unacceptable well she then told me she had walked by and i had not been standing in line for 40 min there was nothing she could do and she would take my opinion on having a separate line for check out into cocederation. I was so shocked that someone would say I was not saying the truth about me standing there for 40 min . and looked at her and replied First of all I have been standing in line for 40 min. My husband is right over there hes been standing there for me while Im sitting over there with my children waiting for him to check out and the fact that you need a separate line for pepole who already checked in who need to checkout because they dont need information on youre availability or what not is a FACT ... I walked away and stood in line another 15 min to finish the checkout it was the most horrible experience So sad because when youre a paying customer you want to be treated like one .......

Brunch is a bust! Stay away! Previously visited Miccosukee for the once amazing Brunch offering. Walking through the smoke filled lobby was totally worth it for the great experience available on the second floor. Fresh seafood, amazing salads, bottomless mimosas. All of that is a thing of the past. Came here for my birthday with my family and friends. To find out that they moved the brunch to the Golf Course 20 minutes South. Where the only thing you will find is food sitting out at room temperature, tasteless meat under heat lamps, stinky obviously not fresh shrimp(not even butter or cocktail sauce available) and a once exquisite dessert bar that is now mediocre. The lady making waffles, making omelets and handling the meat carving at by herself was very limited to what she could offer us. Limited to tomatoes, spinach, onions and Mushrooms, the only thing you could ask for was a veggie omelet if she wasnt already busy handling waffle making frying eggs or cutting me for someone else. This place was obviously understaffed and didnt care for customer experience anymore. The whole experience from always recommending this once awesome breakfast to friends and family has now turned to not even wanting to take a second look going forward. I spoke to the manager on duty and was given a big speech about how they cut costs but increase quality. But that was not true. My stomach never lies. I encourage the management to seriously look at where they were with this brunch one year ago. And how it is run, managed and taste now.

Bom hotel com quartos espaçosos e limpos. Banheiros grande e limpos. Hotel bom e seguro! Voltaria para passar no máximo 2 dias.

I had it with this casino. I lose about $20K/year. They change the ticket redemption machine a while back and it no longer gives me my change. After losing hundreds of dollar each day at the slot machine, I have to wait in a long ass line to see the cashier for a few pennies. I am addicted gambler and play a certain machine, but they remove the machine because it is old. I like the slot where you push the button to stop the reel. The Indian physically tamper with the machine, so you cant stop the reel. They allow you to stop others slot, but they remotely stop you from the central computer. I lost over a thousand dollars and spent over 15 hours at the slot machine and then they remotely mess with the machine to prevent me stopping the reel. They did it to me countless time and I had enough of it. I use to be able to buy a cup of coffee after a month of cashing in my change. Now I get nothing. Then they have gypsy at the casino taking your change receipt from the ticket redemption machine or from the slot machine because you dont want it. The gypsy also spend the whole day at the casino and you have to constantly tell them to move so you can play the slot machine. The other addicted gamblers I see also like stopping the reel, but they left after the Idian tamper with their slot machine.

We stayed the weekend and unfortunately for the weather we had to change plans to go to the beach to stay in the pool. The pool had a strong smell of Clorox and my granddaughter burned between her legs and face. They exceeded the amount of chemical to clean the pool and my granddaughter suffered the consequences.

I booked a room at this resort a good two months in advance (at an amazing rate) for a brief four-night stay. Unfortunately, they didnt have the original room I requested so I was upgraded, free of charge, to a room with a jacuzzi. Bonus. The bed was amazingly comfortable, but other than that there is very little I can say about this place that was in any way favorable. The only staff that seemed to know what they were doing were the two at the Front Desk. The food was terrible (Buffet & Deli); The Deli Clerk had no clue as to what she was doing, nor did the Bartender on the second level. I had ordered the least expensive Whiskey the house had, typically a Jack Daniels, and she poured a Johnny Walker Black Label Scotch. Two DRASTICALLY different tastes. The Gambling is another joke, 98% of which was all slot machines with a back room for Poker. No Roulette, no blackjack, no craps, no video-poker, no video-blackjack. Every $0.02 and $0.10 slot machine makes you pay no less than 20 (more commonly 40) credits per spin. So that $.02 machine turns into a $0.40 or $0.80 machine. The Bottom Line: If you are capable of booking a room well in advance, this place is about as cheap as it can get. But I suggest you do your dinning, drinking, & gambling elsewhere.
