Took Dad here for Fathers Day dinner. We called to see if we could make reservations, which they do not do. No problem. We showed up, they said it would be 15 minutes to get a table for 4 inside, 1 hour+ for outside seating. To our surprise, a table outside became available within the 15 minute time frame. This part of the story, unfortunately, is the only positive for the evening. We sat down, the waiter took our orders and came back about 10 minutes later to tell us that two of our dishes could not be make the way we ordered them (Minutas grilled, they only can make them fried). It took 65 minutes from the time we placed our order until it came. Our waiter was hard to come by, when we asked about our food order (45 minutes after ordering) he said that "he was fighting with the kitchen to get our order out". Being in the "biz", Im assuming that the order was either not placed in a timely manner or it was lost in the kitchen. No apologies were made.Two people ordered the fried snapper, which they said was nice. There was one order of grilled grouper and an order of blackened grouper, which was seasoned nicely, but was extremely dry. There were two people who ordered club soda, which took forever to get, since they didnt know if they had club soda available! We each ordered a refill. When the bill came, WE WERE CHARGED $10 for 4 GLASSES of this "special" CLUB SODA! It took about 20 minutes to get and pay the bill. I could keep going on, but I think anyone reading this review will get the idea. There is another restaurant next door, which weve been to a few times. They have the same fried fish my in-laws ordered, for $10 less per place. We didnt see anything special to warrant EVER coming back to this restaurant. I think its extremely overpriced and the service is definitely not worth the price difference. The one star is for the hostess who gave us a great first impression and got us the table by the water!

Creo que el servicio del camarero fue bueno pero la presentación de la comida es pésima, un pargo frito sin sabor a pescado y servido en menos de cinco minutos lo cual indica que y estaba frito con anterioridad más de $32.00 una botella de agua a temperatura ambiente envuelta en una servilleta $5.50 , cuatro tostones $5.50, seis camarones que cobraron según ellos como llumbo y que no eran más, un posuelo pequeño de arroz blanco solo lo probamos porque era un producto no comestible, cinco trocitos de yuca frita y postre (lo mejor ) Total $84.18 . Esos precios son en miami dónde se está rodeado de mar y según ellos pescan sus productos es una estafa y más que el menú no tiene los precios, si quieren comer mejor pescado visiten algún restaurante peruano (no soy peruano) y otra cosa en casos como este sólo den $1.00 de propina cómo muestra de insatisfacción . Ñoooooo,que mala experiencia caballeros.

Casablanca Seafood Bar & Grill just to be, when it opened, a great retreat where to go to eat, drink, and write the story of our new story as filmmaker. This last time, after a year as faithful client, we had a very UNPLEASANT experience after expending $162.11 on a lunch. We got there at 2:15 PM and after eating, drinking, and yet expecting coffee and desert, at 4:00 pm we where said, by the full runner, we were taking to long to eat and that we should be seating at the bar. We called the manager right after the last bite of our fried pez perro ( $42.00 ) and without apologize about the issue he mentioned that is was Sunday and they have more people waiting. Furthermore, they brought the check without asking if we wanted coffee or desert. After I claimed my rights (in a very settle way) the manager added that I had 3 drinks and they could see in my eyes I was not able to talk. THEY JUST WANTED US OUT CAUSE THEY NEED TO HAVE NEW CLIENT TO MAKE MORE MONEY. When I tried to reply, he juts turned his back on me walking away. Everybody looked to him with a question mark. The waitress gave us the apologies, and she looked fearful on fixing the problem. She only said looking to the other side, making sure the manager won’t look to her eyes: - I am very sorry guys, I have served you many other times, and I know you come here often but what can I do? She looked fearful and very sorry and we felt completely broken after going to Casablanca Seafood Bar & Grill for a year and be treated this way. Casablanca Seafood bar and Grill was a mistake. Next time we will go back to the old Garcia’s witch we heard is being there longer than a decade and still today takes care of their faithful clientele.

Queriamos yo y mi esposa salir a cenar y comer un buen pescado fresco en Miami. Nos aconsejaran este restaurante que desafortunadamente no aconsejo a nadié por dos razones: 1, Me parece que no tienen un verdadero cocinero ya que lo que pedimos no estaba bien cocinado ni bien presentado. 2, Es muy sucio ya que las cucarachas salen volando hata arriba de las mesas de los clientes... Puede parecer broma pero no hasta lo anoté en la nota al pagar. Demasiadamente caro para lo que ofrecen sin contar las cucarachas claro... Este restaurante no merece ni una furqueta y estrellas ni hablar.

Ive never given a review but I felt this time was enough. We got there last night and inside was empty so we decided to sit outside, enough to say that the place was not full. We sat outside and short after we got the waiter, he never asked if we want any drink and went straight to ask us what we wanted to eat, After we ordered the guy went away in a blink, barely I had time for ask for a coke. The food took forever to come, my plate was not what he told me it was going to be, I finish my coke and the glass sat there empty all the time, not even a single refill.... we asked for water several times to several waiters and right before leaving they served it. The check came in a blink, just as fast he picked it up, I left 10% only and when the guy saw it he even complained about it...WOW, I said well, the service was as terrible as the tip, so we are even. Bottom line, terrible place, prices very high for mediocre food, service a nightmare, the river kinda stinks and you can totally smell the gasoline from the boats parked there, avoid it.
