this place made me question why would anyone go anywhere, at any time, with anyone. the definition of angst, thats what youll feel if you eat here. if you bring your family, prepare to get divorced and have your kids hate you. if youre single, only come here if you dont mind losing your faith in humanity. stay away! when we say outside the lights kept flickering on and off like there was an actual hurricane. I think this restaurant is the last place to come eat when there actually is a hurricane. when Pandoras box opened, this restaurant was one of the first to come out, right after famine, forcing you to choose between $10 fries, $11 nachos, or going without food. if your a fan of waiting at the dmv, then service here will be the perfect substitute for you. seriously, if you have 1 hour to wait for your drink and 2 to get it refilled this place is perfect! there was one point I almost thought it was self serve because the staff was no where to be seen. if you do go i hope you enjoy this tasteless slice of hell

Becareful not to leave your bank card behind. I watched the UM game earlier today, Saturday, and left my card; when I realized it a couple of hours later I called and the young girl that answer the phone said let me check with manager, she came back and said no we dont have it but leave your phone number and well check with your waitress but something told me to go back anyway when I showed up I asked the bartender and she asked if I had called a few minutes ago to which I replied yes and she proceeded to speak to another bartender who went over to the register and retrieved my card, she gave it to me and didnt even ask to see an ID. So I ask myself who lied? The girl that answer the phone? The manager she checked with? Or the bartender that new exactly where my card was? The whole thing left me a worst taste than the sorry food and warm beers they serve.

I rarely post reviews but this place had pist poor service on 9/19/15. Our waiter completely forgot about us. Took 15 mins for us to order drinks, then the food came. The refills took forever! Place is beautiful, nice feel! But the service sucked and what got me mad was that no other waiter helped us, didnt acknowledge that the cups were empty. If they had helped without needing to ask then I would have been ok with the service but its a self centered waiter restaurant it seems.

Went to dinner at this location which just opened up by our house. Everything about this restaurant is great from the food to the service. Never been to a Hurricane Grill before, but the layout in this one was a very nice beach theme with a bar that opens up to the front of the restaurant. Our family is very excited to have this restaurant just a few blocks from our home and look forward to becoming regulars in the future.

I made an online order and my food was relatively ready when I arrived to pick it up. When I checked my bag to see if everything was included, I was missing my celery, carrots, and ranch. When I went back the employee hands me one carrot, one celery, and one small cup of ranch for a 20 piece platter I had already paid for. Claiming thats what comes with the platter. Horrible guest service, I will not go back.

The restaurant is great! It is very clean and doesnt seem to get overly full of people. The best part of the menu? The Hurricane Margarita and the chips & salsa. Easily the best margarita and salsa that I have had . The prices are fine and the waiters really do some around often to make sure that everything is going well. Very enjoyable experience.

Great environment and great food. The non-wing items are pretty underrated - go for the tacos! The wings, though, are great, and the flavors are delicious too. There are so many to choose from. Theyre considered jumbo but theyre your standard sized wings. Service is usually great and the prices arent so bad either.

Food is fresh and staff is friendly. I ordered the ahi tuna tacos and they were very good. We ordered wings for an appetizer but they were small and expensive. They said jumbo wings on the menu but looked exactly like the wings from Publix. Stick with anything but the wings and you will be happy.

Great restaurant. The environment, the decoration, the music, the service and the most important thing: food was Delicious. We tried a couple of flavors with the wings, and they were all good, the garlic cheese fries were unbelievable !!! not only a place to eat but to hang out :)

Definitely recommend! Amazing atmosphere. Although the hurricane nachos could use a little more meat on top. Owner is very humble and very sweet. Waitress are also very friendly. Happy Hour is ON POINT!!

One of the best places in West Kendall. Excellent food and full bar with numerous craft beers on draft. Outdoor seating, lots of big screens, great place to watch the game with your friends.
