Flawless Beauty

Okay, here’s the dl on this place…it’s a burger/sandwich laid back joint all the way! When I got there, I had to wait for my hubby to arrive for about a ½ hour and I looked around as they were serving dishes. Now, please don’t waste your time with the tacos. I don’t know how they taste but they serve you three tiny tacos and at $12 for the three, they are way too pricey for the size of the taco. I also saw the server walk by with the fried mushroom appetizer and it made my mouth water. Made a mental note to try that next time. They also have a “skirt steak” on the menu which I didn’t see anyone order but as I said above, this is a burger joint and you don’t order steak and expect something good at a burger joint. Now let’s get to those burgers…OMG…I ordered the regular burger and my hubby ordered their ultimate burger and I really must tell you, it was one of the best burgers I have ever had in my entire life. I buy a lot of Groupon as a way to try out new places that we would normally not go to and 90% of the time, they turn out to be places that we will not go back to if we had to pay their regular prices but I tell you what, this place is going up on my #1 burger joint list and we will definitely be going back again and again. I don’t drink but my hubby liked their craft beer options and the beer prices are not that ridiculous compared to other places. The staff is very laid back but then again, the atmosphere of the entire place is very laid back.

This place was absolutely horrific. We arrived just before 10pm that night for dinner and they were out of burgers, cheese, and ice. We were starving so we reluctantly ordered BBQ sandwiches, steak bites, pork tacos, and sliders. Every single one of these menu items were bland and tasteless. The tacos didnt taste like anything and were tiny. The BBQ chicken sandwich consisted of a thin piece of grilled chicken that looked like it was previously frozen and thrown in an oven, and again, tasted like nothing. The sliders were awful. The steak bites came on top of pieces of bread (probably one of the worst food presentations Ive ever seen) and were dry, overcooked, and chewy. We ordered several orders of fries and they were all limp. We also had to down our dishes with warm water because they didnt have ice available, which I understand if they were having some issues with their ice maker, but the fact that the restaurant was practically out of everything that night makes it unacceptable. $30 for 2 people, absolutely wasted. I had to visit the arepa place next door to fill up because their flavorless dishes were also served in tiny portions. Ill never be back and wouldnt recommend this place to my enemies.

Came here about a month ago with friends. It was around 7pm and the place was nearly empty. I really expected the place to be somewhat crowded on a Friday night. Its ok, cause we received the undivided attention of the servers. Our main server was very knowledgeable and patient and runners were always around to quickly fill waters and clean out used beer glasses. The craft beer selections and flights were awesome. I tried the coconut infused El Jefe and my fav was the porter Seasonal Relief. For grub, I tried the BBQ sandwich with sweet potato fries. The sandwich was little dry and the fries were not crispy at all. Most ordered the 305 burgers which looked more enticing but several mentioned that their "medium" burger was overcooked and their regular fries were also on the limpy side. Another ordered the Baja Shrimp Tacos and said the shrimp was good but soft tacos quickly fell apart because it was dry. I think the best ones were the onion rings so I suggest sticking to that for sides. This was my 2nd visit at 305 brews. Good casual concept with decent craft beer selections plus spacious outdoor area. However, they need to step up with the food offerings.

Excellent selection of South Florida craft beers and a food menu (chefs creations are incredible) that is far beyond typical bar bites found throughout that area. They also have several wines to choose from, craft beers from outside the 305/954 area code and if you need a caffeine fix, they got you covered! Cheers!

The food is delicious!!! They have dessert and coffee, try the mushroom appetizers ...and they have air conditioner (very important in summer) and all the beers from Miamis breweries. Very good location close to other bars. Is my new favorite place in the area

Beer sample cups were perfect size. They should consider adding more veggie options to the menu! Other than that the place is really cool, lots of space and good beer.
