Im a pizza fan, and me and my mother came to Dolphin Mall to watch a movie and get a bite to eat. I was in the mood for pizza, and Rotelli being located on the property was a plus. Its been a while since Ive eaten at Rotellis but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth (pun intended). The first course was garlic rolls in which came without garlic but shredded cheese and some olive oil on it. When I got a hold of my waitress which was a hard thing to do as she was more interested in talking with her fellow co-workers then tending to her table, we brought to her attention the garlic less rolls. So, we mentioned to our waitress that we think the garlic was left off and she says its a mixture at the bottom. From my experience garlic rolls have actual garlic on them, and not an olive oil sauce to it. Next came the pizza which was just a cheese topping and the taste was subpar. The frozen tombstone pizza is better tasting than their fresh cheese pizza. That is not an exaggeration. I had to add marinara sauce to make it taste good. My mothers calzone was good except she said it had more onions than meat. The greatest part of our Rotelli experience was the Fanta orange soda—it tasted great, and the 20% coupon they offered, but the worst part was the tip being automatically included on a 2 person party in which is normally reserved for an 8-person party. A $33 bill including tip was not worth the bad tasting, lack tasting food we were served. I remember when Rottelli first came out in Kendall about 8-9 years ago the pizza was great, the service was prompt, and each meal came with unlimited garlic rolls that were actually garlic rolls. First of all. It took the waiter about five minutes to give us a cup of water . The waiter was talking to me as if we wre buddies for years. really? This guy does not even know me to talk to me like that. he kept calling me brother. I mean com on. be more professional. They brought us the bread with the meal. Arent they supposed to bring you that first. And this goes on. They had these two ladies sitting at the bar and the whole staff was flirting with them instead of paying attention to their job. Finally when we got to the dessert part. My girlfriend wanted canole , because she was craving that and it took them 10 minutes to come back and tell us that they didnt have it. At the end , of course i asked for the bill and the guy said one more time here you bro and almost threw the check on the table. Its such a shame that places like this are still runing. Apparently the manager was not around or he sucks as a manager. i would never go again to a place like this. It makes Dolphin mall look really bad. I could keep on and on about this place. What really shocked me before i forget. They included in the receipt a Homeless Aid Tax for $0.45. really? Please do not waste your time going here.

I went to this restaurant last week with a couple friends. I had a pizza with shrimp for the first time and I was very happy with everything about it. It came out reasonably fast considering they dont use the same conveyer belts they use in other places to churn them out one after the other. You can really taste the difference, admittedly it was a little bit more then I expected but Im happy to pay for good quality food prepared well in a calm atmosphere. The customer service was superb, my server Luz had good knowledge of the menu and described everything in a way that made me want to order the entire menu, she was extremely friendly and I would recommend Luz on your next visit. As she made a good night with great people an amazing experience at Rotellis!

First off I work in dolphin mall and I am always trying new places to eat here. So far this restaurant was worst one in this mall, not only does the food taste horrible but so is the service. I have never been so disrespected in a restaurant like this one. Once my food was ready the lady in the bar threw my bread at me and when I asked her if I could eat here she told me I was not suppose too but yet the girl sitting next to me in the bar was eating food from another restaurant. Also she never asked if it was to go or for here and the fact she put it to go, I assume when a meal is to go I will at least put plastic utensils for the customer. I understand people can have there bad days but never take it out on a customer.

I went in last night to dolphin I was just done watching a movie and I go and decide to seat with my boyfriend at Rotelli pizza and pasta, there was nobody by the door I was sitting down for about 20 mins before I asked my bofriend to ask if someone was going to attend us, they clearly saw us walk in and they didnt even tell us they were already closed plus when my boyfriend went to ask they spoke to him in a bad way. they were all in there phones sitting down doing absolutely nothing !!!! they are so overpriced for their food its horrible I dont recommend anyone even wasting their time going.

Service was beyond awful. Took forever to get a drink when I was the only person at the bar. Nobody was paying any attention and it took forever to get attention so I could order my food. The food was actually pretty good, but the service was so bad that it didnt even matter. The waitress had the nerve to hand write an 18% tip onto the check and then run my credit card with that included tip. It took them forever to box up my food. Everyone I interacted with was just terrible.

Zero starts. Just ate here. Im not up for writing this kinds of reviews but I have the urge because of how HORRIBLE THIS PLACE IS. Food: DISCUSSING I mean if I wanted to pay so much for food I would go to Miami Beach. The "beef" in my pasta was nasty and common not everything can be peppers. Dont recommend to anyone. Please please please go somewhere else or even better cook at home not matter how bad you think your cooking skills are.

First off the place was absolutely empty at the sight of this I new I went wrong, but was already in and decided let me try this out. I ordered the chicken parm, as far as that went all I was saying to my self was "wwhats up with this sauce did they take it out of abandoned can also nuke it?" wasnt happy with my meal at all. Only thing I enjoyed was the salad that came with my entrée. To each its own. Dont think Ill be going back...

Worse pizza, tiramisu and service I have ever had! The owner is rude and extremely unprofessional. My pizza was Not made how I ordered it. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, he got upset, gave me attitude and did not replace my pizza. His idea of fixing the mistake was giving me a personal pizza with cheese and an extra tiramisu. The food was horrible and overpriced. I Will never go there again!
