This restaurant is located in the united states of America but the person who was taking my order could not comprehend the English I was using to order my food. I was using terms straight from the menu and she actually asked me a question in Spanish. Do you not require your employees to speak the commonly used language of the country where the store is located. It took 10 minutes just to order my food therefore the employees were unable to-do their jobs.

I went to Quiznos two days ago and was surprisingly impressed by the great customer service , the fresh and delicious food and the welcoming environment .I loved it so much that certainly Ill go back! I highly recommend it if youre in this area!

Best quizno ever. The employee that got my order was outstanding, if I recall his name is david. Well over all the employees have good customer service. I will surw to go back again and eat.
