The delivery was the best part of my order. I received no napkins or silverware or egg rolls, oh wait I was shorted those. I was overcharged on my order. General Taos chicken was swimming in a juice not the sticky sauce thats common. It also had broccoli hidden underneath it in the container. The sweet and sour shrimp came in rings with pieces of shrimp in them and so much batter that you couldnt hardly taste the shrimp. If you didnt see the shrimp you might not know it was there. The fortune cookies were so stale you could bend them almost in half before they broke and they were totally unedible. I ordered a 2 liter bottle of diet Pepsi and recieved a regular pepsi that had the seal broken and was not full. When I called in question about the price, I got off the phone still not understanding or having any idea of what or how they charged me. I will never go back to this place again and would not recommend it to anybody else. The man told me he would give me the egg rolls if I went to get them. I said that I would never go back there and he replied with "I dont care. I had 99 orders and this was his only comaint. Wow what customer service!!!

i got a menu in the mail a few weeks ago and, with as much as i love Chinese food, i was thinking about having some delivered some time. let me tell you im glad i didnt! im wondering if the people that are saying the food was excellent, have ever been inside. i stopped by today for the first time to finally give it a try, and i cant believe what i saw! there were empty boxes stacked everywhere, the floor was disgusting, it smelled musty and moldy, and the person behind the counter was slumped over on a box on the floor asleep! i turned around and walked out. seriously, you couldnt pay me to eat anything out of that place! someone should contact the health department for real.

Usually I get delivery from here, so this proves ignorance is bliss. Few weeks ago I made the mistake of stopping here for take-out: this experience turned me off forever. The inside of the restaurant was filthy! The tables and chairs were all dirty and sticky. What at one point I can only assume was a sushi bar was covered in dust and beat to heck. There were stacks of boxes and a FILTHY mattress blocking the entrance to the bathroom The staff inside: were all covered in sweat wiping off with old towels on their shoulders. I shall never eat here again.

They trespass in my neighborhood, ignoring our posted "No solicitation" policy, and post flyers prominently on our front doors. This occurs most frequently during peak travel periods such as holidays, when it poses the biggest security concerns. I cannot recommend supporting a business that flagrantly violates our HOA rules and makes our neighborhood less safe.

This is my favorite spot for chinese food in Melbourne , I in ordering from xinda since 2007 when I found them and always recommend the with my friend and relatives. Never had a had experience with the quality of the food or the service everything is excellent. I have tasted other places and I aways come back . Congratulations on your great work

Should have turned around and walked out as soon as I got there, the place is filthy. Not sure how our health dept allows this place to be open. Food was bland and goopy. Broccoli stalks instead of florets!!!!! Plus they got my order wrong. Would never go back. I am wondering if all the 5 star ratings on this page are from friends and family.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! THEY WERE EXTREMELY RUDE ON THE PHONE AND EVEN STARTED YELLING AT ME IN THEIR LANGUAGE! THEY KEPT INTERUPTING ME WHEN I WAS ORDERING , AND AT ONE POINT HUNG UP ON ME RIGHT BEFORE I TOLD THEM I WAS PAYING WITH A CREDIT CARD! THE FOOD WAS JUST AS BAD AS THEIR ATTITUDE! Very polite and personable. Know my husbands voice and our regular order. Fast service. Prices are good. Convenient. Not a bad experience yet and have ordered from there a few times a week for the past year. Food is fresh. Restraunt is clean great family business. Would recommend them to anyone.

I wish that I rated them the first time that I ordered- horrible. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and gave them a 2nd chance and they were WORSE- my order was soooo wrong, they were so rude and they couldnt even manage to bring hot mustard- hopefully they go out of business soon

I had no idea that they did online ordering and was surprised with how easy and organized it was. My family always orders from here, and this time was probably the best. Fast, reliable service, super friendly when he greeted me at my door, and the food is amazing as always.

Horrible service. The guy hung up on me 3 times. Then when I placed the order gave me the most expensive items. Got my total and cancelled. Called back again the next day and he hung up again. Dont order from here the guy is a real a hole. I would give 0 stars.

What a dissapointment! We just moved to the area and decided to order from Xinda. The food tasted old and small plate for the price. Even the fortune cookie was stale. Take your business elsewhere. I usually dont do reviews but I had to after this experience.

The food is SPECTACULAR but the service is AWFUL. Luckily its take-out & they dont come home with me to eat. Haha. I still order again & again! :) YUMMMM. They have the best fried rice in town! egg, onion, carrots, peas, sprouts, pork.. I highly recommend.

Always only order my takeout/delivery from here. Staff, kind and always going above and beyond for me. Its always delight. Of course the food is excellent and never lets down. Especially the fried dumplings. Incredibly fast too! I highly recommend Xin da!

I am trying to say this in the nicest way... $35. Worth of delivery and there is no way that food wasnt from yesterday. Im not exaggerating when I say my wife and I took under five bites and we were throwing up. Ive never seen orange egg drop soup.
