WORSE FOOD EVER! Bland, no taste, no spice, no nothing, the shrimp & broccoli, what the heck is that butter sauce, its ridiculous, Ima 53 and this is the worst chinese I ever had, tasteless, fried rice, looks like couscous, not even full grains, mushy, no veggies, no egg, nothing, was a to go order and all in plastic containers & stryro, wtf, all that plastic leaching into the food, low budget food & to go containers & bags, big prices, kept getting grit like sand in my teeth crunchies with the lo mein, number#1 chinese is the best, way cheaper, way better food; never going here again! Worse 14 bucks I ever spent, glad it was a small order, our 1st time & last!

I ordered Szechuan Chicken and I was disappointed on many levels. The veggies were soggy, discolored, and overcooked, there were no peppers in it at all, and it wasnt spicy at all. In fact this was very sweet. I couldnt even finish my small portion and felt sick the rest of the evening. The pork fried rice was regular rice, overcooked, sauteed in soy sauce. No flavor, no pork, just rice. Even the fortune cookie tasted stale. It said "Linger over dinner for helpful advice." Here it is: Avoid China Palace!

Ive been to at least 30 American-Chinese restaurants in my life, all ranging from mediocre to fantastic. Never bad. The assumption that people only leave reviews when theyre upset is absolutely true. I feel guilty for not leaving glowing reviews on even the worst restaurant Id visited prior to my experience at China Palace. My hope is that someone will read this and avoid spending 30$ on the worst meal theyve had.

Ordered honey chicken and Mongolian beef no onions ( allergic) received sweet and sour chicken with a side of dipping sauce and tons of onions. Called and manager said thats how honey chicken is made and if I bring it back to the store after it took 46 minutes to get here and I tiped that they would make something else. Horrible delivery time, 1.2 miles away and terrible customer service. Never order here.

The atmosphere is quiet, air conditioned, and clean. The food is average, about what youd expect from a family run Chinese place, but compared to the other Asian places in the area, its a cut above. Staff is always courteous and friendly. Theyve added an online ordering system for convenience that works great. 5 stars because of the friendly staff and clean environment.

I have only ever ordered take out and picked it up. Fried rice and sweet and sour chicken once every couple months or so for a few years now. Always tastes great, price is good, ready in 10-15 minutes, about the time it take me to drive there. The folks at the till arent much into conversation, but I wasnt go there to meet new friends, so it works out great for me.

Did work for the owners I would assume . They brought us shrimp lo mein . It was good the shrimp was tasty ! And more to it they were really good people and hard working doing work at there home as we worked there as well and they treated us very well and made sure we were taken care of I would imagine there customer care is spot on as well! Thanks for lunch

I had been eating here since 1996 & for the past year they had one waitress (young girl) thats always rude. And somewhat racist toward whites. I heard her make comments from a distance. Food is incredible but this girl needs to go.

They make the best fried rice. For new yorkers that like a little taste of home this is the place. They use roasted pork and sprouts and all the good ingredients. Great place!!!
