Went to this place for lunch after seeing all the "excellent" reviews. It is just another fast food Chinese place with the usual menu. Food is mediocre at best. If you just want your stomach filled with tasteless "Chinese" stuff for $6, this is the place to go to. I regret going there. /// Why would you disparage my review? If you dont like their food.....dont go back. I am not family but I do have a good business relationship with them. Beyond that nothing. From the general tenor of others caring to critique these folks, They do good work. If someone had to find a reason to justify an others review, I might say that you had some disagreement with them that didnt resolve in your favor. But just maybe you are a disagreeable person, I cant say though...I dont know you just like you dont know me.

This was our first and last time eating there. My food and staff experience were absolutely aweful!! The chicken egg Foo Yung did not have any chicken, it was raw and mushy inside and burnt outside. The boneless BBQ ribs were inedible, obviously old meat as evideced by the shoe leather texture; no one could chew it!! The red sauce was so watered down it didnt have taste. The combo fried rice was also very nasty. I called just to let them know the egg foo yung was raw and the young man was very very nasty. i do not recommend anyone eat at this restaurant, we all work too hard for our money to get a crap meal!!!

my experience was horrible I called and ordered food and was never delivered. I call next day to speak to a manager about it and someone calls me back and come to find out was the lady who took my order son who told me"what are you calling my mother a liar" when I tell you I was completely shocked all I wanted to know was why phone wasnt delivered. then he hung up on me. so I will never be eating there again. Also every time I order from there I order the exact same thing and my cost is always something different. This hands down is completely unprofessional and they handled completely wrong.

The steamed dumplings are my favorite! Great food overall. I have ordered here for 7 years now. Food is always timely,reasonably priced, everyone working there has a positive attitude smiles etc. I have shown friends from out of town big cities NYC Miami etc this secret place and they say it is one of the best theyve had. If you want authentic foreign food dont expect perfect English-(any country / type of food.) It is a compromise I make for good food / its usually a good sign the food is going to be good :)

The amazing food was completely shadowed by the crappy customer service. All the other Chinese places in the area allow you to get your own sauces, but here the lady was so stingy! She gave us 3 packets of soy sauce for 4 meals, and when we went back to get more - the look she gave me could melt steal. Not worth it, well stick to Kim Bos on the other side of the bridge.

I have been ordering from Hop Bo Viera for years. Their food has always tasted delicious, my favorite Chinese Take-out/Delivery in Brevard county. As for their customer service, it can be hit or miss. Depending on who you get on the phone, you will either have a quick polite or a terse rude experience. No matter what, my food has been fresh and well made.

Mongolian Beef? More like Mongolian Onions. This is the first and last time that I will patronize this establishment. I payed full price for a large serving of Mongolian beef and I expect to get what I payed for rather than a container full of onions.

The customer service is terrible! I was ordering food and the women was so rude. She was unfriendly. And left me with a feeling of un ease. I went ahead and asked for my money back. She had terrible customer service skills.

When they messed up order they asked for the food back and had us get it out of the trash. They waited at door with replacement food and took the old food back from the trash. Ugh who does that?
