we were in the drive thru on a rainy night, the cashier asked us to reverse and pull back up to the window so their timer could be reset. I replied that i cant clearly see behind me and feel unsafe, so i respectfully declined . The cashier then scoffed at us and gave us attitude. I didnt respond, I simply called their corporate office, the corporate office promised to make a follow up phone to me call within the week, it has now been 15 days and no phone call yet... I dont know about you, but i dont go to fast food restaurants to be bossed around and scoffed at by cashiers. If you want to operate under the guise of fast service then simply provide fast service. Do not be demanding and rude with the customers. In case you need a reminder, youre the one providing me a service. Im the one paying you.

Officer went to store for a call (homeless person in the store). While Officer was dealing with the homeless man (a vet, BTW), the clerk at counter said "They are being nice to him because he is white. If he was black they would have cuffed him and dragged him out". Managers non-response was "it was a misunderstanding".....please..How many different way is there to interpret "They are being nice to him because he is white. If he was black they would have cuffed him and dragged him out"? Tell you what...Since there is some alternate form of communication in there (where apparently that sentence means something else), Ill be sure not to set foot in that hole again., and Ill be urging friends and family (many of which are Vets, Law Enforcement, or both) to do the same.

When I first came in, I went into the bathroom. It was a total mess, and no paper towels or anything to dry my hands. I told the girl at the counter, who replied with "thanks," but no one has bothered to look at it the whole time Ive been here. They also did not give me what I ordered, but charged me for what they did give me. Tables are dirty, and no one is cleaning them. They are certainly not busy with customers, so dont know why they cant keep it clean. I think I know why they arent busy. This is my first and LAST visit here, even though I live nearby.

The employees are rude. All of them. And the place is filthy. I peaked behind the counter where they make the food and it was absolutely disgusting. Nothing but immature kids working there with no manners. If you need food from a burger king I would highly recommend you dont go there. No idea why its still open with so many criticals when it comes to food safety. I wouldnt even ask them for a ketchup packet. Absolutely disgusting.

Always out of everything, always takes forever, always rude people working. Last strike as far as Im concerned. And clearly no one cares to correct the problem because I can see Im not the first person to say it. I usually only leave reviews when I have something nice to say but this is just ridiculous.

6/3/17 8AM, tried to order breakfast for four people. Repeated the order 4 times, the employee assured me she got it. She delivered the order to our car and I took off. Extra coffee I didnt order, missing 3 juices, cold hash browns. Will not return.

Never before have I waited 30 minutes upon entering to get my meal with only 4 people ahead of me. They got the order right but tables needed wiping off and music was in competition with the TV. I will not return to this restaurant.

If you have a dog than theres a good chance what ever your feeding it is better than what youll get from this burger King. Order ends up missing items, cold, and undercooked. Stay away if you like eating FOOD.
