The food is alright but found hair twice in my food on separate occasions dont think I will be going back., I wrote this 3 weeks ago gave it one more chance the hash browns were burnt on top couldnt chew it ask for a new one waitress came out with a plate ask for hash browns so he could see them.hahaha never again will I step foot in there, to many breakfast places close by to choose from.

Went there for breakfast the other day. You dont have to wait to be seated. The wait staff was very nice. The food was great. It took about 10 minutes for our food to be served to the table. The biscuits and gravy were the best. Also my friends ordered double bacon cheeseburgers. They were huge and very tasteful. I will be going back for more. I definitely suggest you try Cafe Perks.

Love Cafe Perks, their Thursday Turkey dinner special is wonderful. They roast a fresh TURKEY, they use real potatoes, and great veggies! The breakfast is wonderful and the prices are very reasonable. Oh and the servers really take care of everything and are very professional. You know a place is good when the owners are there and say hi and check on you! Worth the trip!

Excellent service and a clean comfortable environment. I love the fact that the seating is situated to provide some privacy. The food is excellent and the prices are also. Cafe Perks provides some of the best burgers in town simply because the beef is seasoned and sized correctly and the portions are enormous. Two thumbs up, ill deffinitely be back.

Food is average. Send like a lot of stuff is from a can. Staff is really nice. Menu is line any other diner. Sausage was really thick, but didnt taste particularly great. Biscuits and gravy tasted like canned gravy. Bagel was a frozen bagel that was reheated. Cream cheese came in a plastic cup with a foil lid. Prices are reasonable

Typical mom and pop breakfast and lunch. I consider it a good value. Breakfast is pretty much standard fair. They offer an eggs benidect but I would not recommend it. The cook doesnt know how to make hollindais at all. I really like the chopped steak or meatloaf for lunch.

I love this place by far the best breakfast place around. I visit the one also in Sanford. Love their house hot sauce..great place also great discount program. Keep it up guys

Favorite breakfast joint in central Florida. Staff is kind and food gets out quick. Reasonably priced, awesome selection for breakfast and lunch.
