A few of my coworkers and I have made this place our Friday lunch ritual. The food is always great and service is always just as good. Today was different. We typically have no problem going in, being seated immediately, and ordering within 10 minutes (which is great because we only get an hour for lunch). We came in today and were seated immediately and got our drinks just as fast. 10 minutes passed and not one waitress had asked if we were ready to order. We figured they looked kind of busy and there were a few tables leaving, so we waited a while longer. 10 more minutes passed and, still, not one waitress came to ask us if we were ready to order. We heard two of the waitresses ask each other if it was their table, but they said it was the other waitress table. They never acknowledged us or anything... So, we put cash on the table for our drinks and left. I usually leave with a smile, but today was a little different... Not sure if I even want to go back at this point, considering were pretty regular and still got treated this way.

I cant exactly describe my experience since I was never seated. I got there and there was a wait, so I gave my name. The host said it would be about 10-15 minutes. I realize it was busy, but 30 minutes went by and my name wasnt called. This is Florida, in the summer heat. Its a miserable time to sit outside so long. I went in to see how much longer it might be and turns out that my name was already scratched off. Absolutely ridiculous. I have wanted to try this restaurant for a very long time, but I dont plan on giving them a chance after this.

Large menu, food was ok (although they add things to plates that arent listed in the menu which is frustrating when you get something like olives unexpectedly garnishing your food), decor was certainly beachy but the service was totally hands off. Took forever to even be acknowledged and sat and we sat forever without service. Once we finally had someone, she barely worked our table.

Food was great but when we arrived we were put on the list to wait and after seeing 2 or 3 other sets of people being served before us we were told that we were overlooked. No apologies were made and we were told to "just go sit at that booth over there". Servers were great but hostess/ manager not sure which was horribly unprofessional and rude

Normally love their food but I was disappointed last time with my omelet. The middle was still runny so I asked them to cook it again for more and it was still runny. Everything else has been great thought. The ham and turkey salad, grilled cheese, and typical egg breakfast with meat. Oh. The home fries are amazing.

Fantastic! For $22 my wife and I had a wonderful breakfast. She had the Left Coast Omelette , bacon and Swiss Omelette topped with hollandaise and avocado. I had the Bayou which was a poached egg on English muffin with bacon, superb crab meat, and hollandaise sause. Will absolutely return

This is by far my favorite diner. It has amazing service and food that always tastes good. Its a pleasant crowd with a family friendly feel. I would recommend this establishment to anyone who likes good service with a clean restaurant.

First time here, certainly not my last!!! Service with a smile and exceptional food make this place a must visit. I had the Philly Cheese with the Cesar salad and it was delicious!!! Do yourself a favor and try this place.

Some times Im forced to come to this chain on the weekends because its the only place woth out a line out the door. .. wonder why.. Had to listen to the server complain about how she cant find any other jobs.

Been here a few times for breakfast. If youre not early there may be a wait on the weekends. Food is always great!! Staff always been amazing!! Our server this last time (kelly) was absolutely fantastic!!!!
