WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.. Went thru the drive thru and ordered chicken nuggets. I watched the cook take old chicken nuggets and heat them in the MICROWAVE. When I confronted the girl about it she lied and told me she didnt see anything. So I asked if I could have fresh nuggets. she said yes. well as she told the cook the cook looked down at me to see if I could see in when she realized I could she took the old nuggets and put them in the fryer. as she was putting them back in my bag she would look my way and make faces. ... I called the manager over and his response was simply ill take care of it.. as if the situation was very minor.. so you dont care of the quality of the food your store is producing? or the way your employees behave to your PAYING CUSTOMERS!!! I asked for my money back and left I WILL NEVER go back .. does not deserve one star

I have never been so disappointed Im going to Burger King at 10 oclock at night as much as I love Burger King I hate to do this! Its pretty bad when you go to Burger King to get your niece and your nephew food they give you burnt chicken nuggets the burgers were dry and old and stale french fries and half cooked still frozen in the middle! If certain people dont like their jobs then go look for a job that you like to do because it really sucks that you have to serve food like that two paying customers who go late at night! I really feel bad for the next people that go inside and get food because they probably will get treated the same way too!

I asked for double cheese burgers got singles and ordered a large onion ring but the entire bottom of it was full of French fries so I only got half onion rings if that, so instead of cooking more they tried to trick me and on top of that they were cold. They didnt give me my drink at the window and it wasnt until I drove away I realized and had to turn around to get it and didnt get a sorry or anything I just thought it was bad customer service since I work in customer service. Wouldnt recommend anyone to stop at this burger king its my last time.

I am giving them five stars because the staff tried to give me a great experience but some things were out of there control. On the outside it says "Free Wifi" so I went in to try to use it and the connection didnt work. I went up to the counter and asked if there was a problem and the lady there was very polite about it. After, I tried to get an Angry Burger that was on display but the polite lady then said they didnt have any in stock. I just wonder who is responsible. Needs improvement!

Have used this restaurant for 20 years. Recently, as today, employee taking our order was rude and unpleasant, the chicken nuggets were woefully undercooked, and virtually every table had not been cleaned from prior customers. Management needs to lead, motivate, and make this restaurant as good as we have come to expect from Burger King in the past.

Worst Burger King I have ever been too. Food is old, understaffed, and not a single smile. Soda machine was out of ice, ketchup was all out and when I went up at ask for some even the manager was bitching about how the night manager didnt do his rounds. AVOID THIS ONE. No matter what you do to the place of you dont replace a mediocre team you will never get good service. No matter what time I go, service is horrible. The employees act as if they are bothered by the customers. Get a better team and it will work. I guess this is why its always empty.

Absolutely awful. No welcome when I entered the store. The lady at the front sighed and rolled her eyes when I asked for my meal. Employees act like they have an inside joke about you. Manager was no better.
