Dining experiences shouldnt just be about the quality of food right? You want to feel welcomed and you want to look forward to coming back to enjoy really good food. As a lover of Korean BBQ, my family and I were very disappointed with our visit here. After the host sat us, we waited 15 minutes for someone to come over and ask us if we have been helped yet. It was Mothers Day so we could understand it was a bit busy. But as dinner continued we noticed that all the surrounding tables were being waited on except for us. No one came over to us unless we flagged someone down as they were passing by. Eye contact was made with staff multiple times and still no effort was made to provide decent customer service. Water was only refilled once, and that was when we asked the host. The smoke vent was not turned on, causing the smoke to go everywhere but up. The grill mats that are normally swapped out was not swapped or even checked on causing our food to be charred with remnants of all the food we previously grilled. No one came over to ask how the food was, or if we needed anything else. The worst part about it all was the staff had no remorse! No regard for the clear disappointment in our faces. Safe to say, we will no longer recommend this restaurant to friends and family.

I had a fantastic time here. Theres nothing that could stop me from coming back. If this place somehow shuts down tomorrow, Ill devote my life to making a time machine and running here before it closes. The atmosphere here is very welcoming and it feels very open. I highly recommend the barbecue option. For 30 per person, its a fantastic deal. Endless meats, sushi, full salad bar and (for a little bit more) you can add on some wonderful fresh seafood choices. Over the course of the night, we were attended to by many different servers who made us feel right at home. The only thing I can see people complain about is the included gratuity. 18% might seem like a lot to some, but when you dine here its obvious that its not a big deal and might not even be enough. (they did explain to me that the reason was because the grills are very difficult to keep clean, and they do change yours out as often as youd like throughout the meal. 3% of that gratuity goes to the ones who are constantly changing/cleaning the grill) I tried to take pictures, but every time the next dish got here, I dropped my phone and dug right in. If you dine here, youll have a very good night.

While the food was good I was a bit confused when I came since it was my first time. The person at the door asked us something but I couldnt quite understand so I said we were here for sushi. They brought us to a table and gave us a menu and left. The menu didnt have sushi. No one came back for about ten minutes so we figured it was a buffet maybe. So we went to the buffet area which consisted of only side dishes. We went back to the table and gave up on our original plan of sushi. Ten minutes pass and someone brings water without a word and leaves. Another five minutes and he comes to take our order. Each item comes with a gap. He forgets the order he took verbally and comes to ask again. The food was fine but the service could use some improvement. Im very easy going but someone who is impatient might have a hard time.

First of all, when we walked in (7 pm on a Sunday) we were the ONLY ones in the entire restaurant. Should have walked out then. Customer service was great, our server walked us through the instructions (too much going on). We ended up sitting at the sushi bar. Krab rangoons were ice cold in the middle, miso soup was SUPER SALTY, the ginger salad was really good, Sushi was TERRIBLE. Honestly, worst quality sushi Ive ever had. You know the food is bad when the employees are sitting at the bar and calling in a dinner order for themselves from a DIFFERENT Korean restaurant, which we could over hear while eating. My boyfriend ordered Bulgogi which was not too bad. HOWEVER, flash forward to an hour later where were running to the bathroom. Seriously we BOTH got sick. I will spare details......never ever coming here again. STAY AWAY

All you can eat is only $19.99 after 10pm on certain days, premium cuts cost $10 more. Bar has several items which you can pick up to cook, including sauces. Quality is OK, most of the normal meat cuts are pork belly in different marinades. Sushi that comes with the all you can eat is nothing special, I wouldnt bother too much. The services is quite lacking. Got no refills and as first time visitor, during nonpeak late night hours, when I asked for silverware, the server just pointed and said it was all at the bar. He didnt bother offering to grab it for me until I asked. They pretty much just get your meats in the beginning and thats it. Does that mean we dont need to tip? Value is good, but unless your on a tight budget with there are other places for all you can eat KBBQ for a few bucks more.

First, the food is good and the environment is nice. The mandatory tip for service is printed onto your bill at 18% of the total and I ate alone. Tips are earned by providing good service and are at the discretion of the customer. If you need to raise your prices to cover you employees compensation by all means do that. It is customary to require a tip for large parties over one tables seating; never for dine alone customers. My server did not refill my drink, nor adjust the level of the grill when items werent cooking on it (leaving me breathing smoke from scorched food remnants), then left me sitting there with the check at the end of the meal. I had to go to the bar with the check, and waited while another worker fetched the server, and I was forced to pay an 18% tip? Thats okay, I learn quick.

OH MY GOD - There is FINALLY a REAL Korean BBQ restaurant in South Florida! This is not like Gabose where they have ridiculous rules about what meats you can grill yourself and which they grill for you, or like the rest of the "K BBQ" restaurants that cook everything for you in their kitchen! At this restaurant you can sit down, order a wide assortment of meats, and enjoy grilling them at your own table! The meat quality was excellent, the side dishes could use a little improvement, but overall I am beyond happy. Our prayers for a Korean BBQ restaurant have been answered. You HAVE to try it if you enjoy Korean BBQ! We will certainly be visiting many, many times to come.

So I first went to this wonderful place August 15th, 2015. The food was delicious and fresh and service was great. Then I decided to have my birthday dinner there on August 22nd and invited 15 of my closest friends and family to join me. Everyone had a great time and so far many of them have returned for more!I just want to say that the food is great and service is 5 star, everyone is friendly and welcoming! I recently went again last weekend for my best friends birthday and she also invited 15 people to come celebrate with her. I cant wait until they have a full bar though, I look forward to that. Thank You Izziban staff!! Valerie Chung (Realtor)®
