We are new to Miami and I was craving for Korean bbq so I searched online and found this place. With the good reviews, we went and tried it out. Though it was just me and my husband, we sat at the grill table and ordered 4 different bbqs. That was a wrong move since each plate has a huge serving. On top of that, I got the spicy seafood soup which is also a big bowl thats good for 3. Oh, and of course the side dishes. Yup, I told you I was craving but we ended up taking home most of our food since there was a lot left. It was soooo delicious and I felt like home (Im from CA, and theres a lot of good kbbq there). Its pricey but it was worth it. Will surely come back but with a big group next time we want to sit at the grill. And theres the regular tables if you dont want to cook it yourself and and only want single servings. Its a must try, its really freakin good!

After eating here, I find the reviews was way off the chart. At most 2 to 3 stars max... I sound harsh but the price itself made me cringed & extra unsatisfied with the food. A restaurant with almost 5 star rating but it had to be one of the lowest quality "Korean" spots Ive been to. The weakest $9.99 kbbq in LA still 100% better and fresher. The meat was hideous, thin slice briskets ($23 plate) were thicks as a sloppy flank cut and old that it had a brown surrounding & I even pointed it out and waiter just walks off, the gamey short rib was not worth the ($25+) To think I was picky, I got back to my hotel and my stomach started to give me signals & it wasnt a good one. The side dish was old and refill was not offered at all like most Korean restaurants. $70 later and I already regret my decision for coming here.

In the Miami area? need a good Korean place to eat at? Shilla was definitely a "hole-in-the-wall" type of venue my friend told me about. I used to live no less than a 3 minute walk from this venue, so to hear that I lived in that area for almost a year without hearing about it was shocking to me. That being said, upon giving the restaurant a try, I was pleased with my experienced. Shilla had all my favourite Korean dishes as well as some tourist favourites. And although its a Korean-owned venue, they seem to sell sushi as well. So, I suppose this aims at trying to be a Korean/japanese fusion restaurant, but I assure any readers that the feeling is mostly Korean (if thats your kind of thing).

. When this place opened, because of the location, I had in my mind that I would never step in there. This was until a raining day that I was starving had worked like a crazy and needed to revitalize with some health food. For my surprise not only the place was clean and neat, but the fish was simply the best I have ever had so flavorful, the price was absolutely fantastic in comparison to other sushi restaurants and the people working there were amazing. Well, after giving a chance I became a client and go there at least once a month. I LOVE all their rolls and the avocado salmon with ponzu sauce salad is THE BEST!

Was recommended to try this place by a tennis friend of mine when I was in the Doral area of Miami. Its in a strip mall and doesnt look like much on the outside BUT the inside is nice and they even have the smokeless Korean BBQ tables in the main area of the restaurant. I ended up trying the sampler plate of sushi and sashimi and the fish was CRAZY fresh, flavors are distinctive & complex in their handmade sauces. One of the top sushi places Ive been to Miami, I would even say the world and thats says ALOT!! Ive been to over 100+ sushi places around the globe and this ranks top 3 for sure!!

I know this is going to sound elitist, but Im from LA where the Korean BBQ is really strong. Like Jedi level strong. This place is really just OK. Our grill was operating at 50% so we couldnt cook our food properly. We sent the pork to the kitchen to ensure that it get cooked all the way through and came back tasting terrible, chewy, and appearing as though it had been boiled, not BBQ. I dont know what happened but w barely touched it. It was disappointing in that sense but otherwise it was OK.

I have had Korean tacos from the Kori food truck when it first blew up. The Parathion Tacos with BBQ beef I had today blows the Kori truck out of the water. It is a little greasy but absolutely delicious. The meat was flavorful. The spicy sauce had just the right amount of heat. I would totally come back to have these tacos again and try their other items. I had a bite of my friends hap chase which was tasty too. And to top it off, this joint is Michelin recommended!

Seriously disappointing. I went yesterday after ordering Green Curry online. They handed me one bag which turned out not to have the ginger salad in it. So I went back inside and for some reason it took another 10 mins for them to "find" the salad. To top it all off, I had a vomiting spell last night and the runs today. Needless to say I will never be ordering from there again.

New Korean restaurant with great food. It still need some finishing touches but over all in the right track. BYOB for now and the menu is limited. It would be nice to see some more vegetarian dishes. Their ramen is made with beef stock. Kimchi pancake and kimchi rice are both good. Prices are very reasonable. Music and decor still need help. I will definitely go back.

Ive experienced Korean BBQ in Los ANGELES and this is the FIRST TIME that I find a place just as good in Miami. For sure, you want to check it out. Their pickled side dishes are mild and flavorful and the Kim chee is decent. The meat is amazing and so is their duk boki. Its spicy but not too spicy so it was awesome. Talk to Kitt and hell treat you well.

The udon noodles here are awesome, I recommend the mango roll for mango lovers. And the rest is really good give or take a roll or two. But prices are competitive vs other places. The layout is very oriental and the blinds are kept closed to give it more of that feel. Doesnt look like much from the outside but the vib in house is very different.

Terrible service. Sat there for an eternity waiting to place an order and I arrived promptly when they opened. Waited 30 mins for food that had even been started on. Poor service. I only wish the disgust I suffered at this establishment on the staff perpetually. I will never return there and will let everyone I know this.

Consistently one of my favorite sushi places in the Doral area, the sushi chefs have been here for years and the service staff seem to be happy to wait in me. I love the volcano tiles and the happy hour specials where you can get discounted sushi from 2-5pm during the weekdays!! Highly recommend!!
