They changed their name and Im not sure why, cause I had left comments on the old name. Their pizza with Italian sausage is SLICED sausage, NASTY!!! Do not buy their pizza! Most of the pasta dishes I have ordered were ok...Fettuccine Alfredo (good), Ravioli A La Vodka (BAD sauce), Stuffed Shells (good), Veal Parmigiana (very good), Stromboli (yummy good! all I ever order now). Recently I ordered the "Palace Sampler", which has a combo of calamari, tomato bruschetta and mozzarella fritta. Ive ordered this at least 4 times, the bruschetta bread is ALWAYS soggy and gross, I throw it out!. So next time I ordered the sampler without the soggy bruschetta and replaced it with the mozzarella fritta. I get home and find they replaced TWO pieces of soggy bruschetta with ONE tiny piece of fritta. See my pics of with the soggy bruschetta and without... I called and they admitted that the bruschetta is SOGGY and admitted to being stupid and only replacing it it with ONE fritta. I also included pic of the stromboli, which I love. I do have to order extra spinach, otherwise it is scarce...and it would be nice if they distributed the vegetables evenly across instead of shoving them in one corner. See all pics.

In our home friday is pizza night. I dont eat pizza so I order something else. My husband likes the pizza, but my food is always wrong. We have been going here for over a year every friday. I get chicken strips well done and fries. How hard can that be? Well its hard for them. Most of the time the chicken is not done, or they cooked it to a hard crunch they cant be eaten. My husband has taken it back a few times. But that gets pricey gas wise after awhile. So I changed it up and started getting the chicken caesar salad. The 1st one was awesome, but after that it was down hill. The last one I got had slimy lettuce in it. So this week my husband got me the chicken strips again. Well, we get home and when I opened the carton, the chicken strips are as black as coals. They had a funny smell to them as well. WTH! Im done. My husband will have to find a new pizza place. I will no longer tolerate bad food. We work hard for our money and take pride in what we do. I would have never sent food out looking like that. No pride in what they do at all.

Called in my order for pick up. Decided to try and see if I can eat there with my family instead. I was told no that I can not order pick up and eat in the restaurant. I was also told portions and prices are different for take out. If I had known that I wouldnt of ordered take out. This restaurant had 2-4 tables occupied at the time. We could have easily sat down for 30 min and ate our food. No, we had to drive back home to eat. No problems with the lady who was helping me at the time so thats a plus. Pizza was alright. Had two orders or garlic rolls. These rolls were almost pure oil and bread. No flavor what so ever. It was like eating soggy bread. I would not recommend this location. Instead I will recommend the downtown Lakeland location. Much better quality food and I was able to eat my take out there instead of having to drive home.

Be careful if you attempt to look at their online menu. If you are trying to order from the northside location, the link for the menu will only take you to the southside menu. This doesnt seem like a big deal, until you expect to pay the prices that are listed on the website. The northside location will not honor the listed prices because they claim those are the southside prices. They wanted to charge an additional $4 for the pizza we were going to order. Needless to say, they chose to lose our business rather than honor the listed price. Fix your website links or be gracious enough to honor the listed prices regardless of "what side of towns" menu pricing the site lists.

We are from out of town and just happened to stop here and eat lunch. HUGE portions and excellent food! The egg plant parmesan was perfect. The chicken piccata with angel hair was delicious as well. I got a chocolate covered cannoli which was also excellent. The prices were downright cheap! The service by "Silia" could not be better. .... The kitchen is out in the open so you can watch everything being made. I NEVER take pics of food but I couldnt help myself. This is my new FAVORITE Italian restaurant in Florida!! It is over 30 miles from my home but I dont mind the drive. This has set the new bar for my FIVE star review...

This is a takeout review. The stuffed pizza was absolutely delicious with a light crispy crust, and the right amount of delicious ingredients and 2 sides cups of marinara. We also got a pepperoni pizza for the kids, which was wonderful. The tiramisu was a fantastic finish for our meal. We cannot wait to dine in and try the rest of the menu as well as experience the atmosphere! Molto delizioso!

Our 1st and last time coming here. Our experience was awful. The waitress was slow and there were two other waiterss just standing around doing nothing. When our soup came, the bowl was hot but the soup was cold. I cant understand. The lasagna was disgusting tasted like one of those Chef Boyardee pastas in the can and it was not hot either. Save your money go to Olive Garden.

My boyfriend and I decided to give this place another try and this time we were seated and sat there for at least 15 minutes without just our drink orders being taken. We were in the middle of the restaurant so theres no way we werent noticed and multiple servers walked right past us. I even saw a few just standing around doing nothing. We ended up leaving.

Incredible Pizza. Incredible service. Beautiful atmosphere. Very good prices. This place is so well-managed that its impossible not to enjoy this restaurant. Skip Pizza Hut, give Dominos skip Hungry Howies, and everything else. If you are just driving by be sure to sure to stop at Palace Italian restaurant or else you will be missing a great experience.

Food Tasted bad, pasta was dry, no flavor, no one of the 8 people that was at our table liked the food, if they want to keep the business they need to hire another chef and put a big sign outside letting us know, customer service was good, I cant complain. Will not recommend it and will not come back anytime soon

We enjoyed the Service, the place itself, and the food was okay. I had the Veal Parm, the others had a Lasagna, a baked Ziti and a chicken Fracese. The veal left a bit to be desired but was fairly tasty, lasagna was soupy, as was the Ziti but the Francese was very good!

I recently moved to Lakeland from Ft.Lauderdale and when I had their tomato basil garlic pizza....I was very impressed. It is one of the best I have ever had. I try not to eat pizza every day/week but if I could I would be ordering from here every day!!! love it.

We Love this place!!! The pizza is just delicious!! Actually everything weve had here has been great!! Our whole family meets up there at least every other week for dinner. They are always fast to make a place for all 12 of us. Great and friendly staff.
