This Place was Horrible!!!! I love mexican food and this place was Bad My wife was referred by co-workers said best place in town. I think these poeple have never been to a good mexican resturant and they think this place is good. The food was Blan the rice was dried and over cooked the refried beans was like water soup. the food was burnt to the plate the shrimp was rubber. and the servise was bad. basket of chips had like 12 chips in it. the only thing good was the Pepsi Cola. I will never in my life ewat at this dump again!!!! Go down the street to the other Mexican resturant with the buffet in it its Way better. In closing I Notifed the manager that everything was poor but he no speak english when bad comments are made. I have better food in a prison camp in San Salvador eating my food out of a Dog bowl!!!

Its like walking into a BAR not family restaurant Not clean cheesy decor SERVICE SUCKS..I was seated because a bell rings every time someone walks in......given my tea and sat there a long time had to ask someone to take my order AFTER I had eatten all the chips salsa...then the Spanish speaking server comes over NO PERSONALITY NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL...food was ok not enough sour cream or guac for one chimichanga let alone two but couldnt get any ones attention to ask for more. Seriously ITS LIKE WALKING INTO A DIVE BAR not a restaurant...Bar is to left seating to eat to the right. Bar was lively at 6:30. SIGN SAYS FAMILY RESTAURANT but its not on inside. Toilet was clogged in bathroom as well...I was hungry so I stayed but its first time in my life I thought about leaving $2 on table for my Tea and leaving...

When we found out Costa del sol was rated for best of the best mexican food for 2010 and more to offer this year with a new full service bar it made our dining experience even more delightfull. We also had a great time celebrating Cinco de Mayo there on may 5th 2010. it was like having a little piece of mexico with their warm friendly service relaxing atmosphere,and great carne asada, steak& chicken fajitas . oh my the margaritas are perfect!!!!they will even take your picture wearing a big mexican sombrero on your birthday singing the cha cha cha ! even if its not your b day yould enjoy the place. theres also latin american dancing every other saturday night after 10pm we will be asking about

Way over priced. Service was horrible, we stood upfront for 15 minutes while servers walked by and glanced at us without saying a word. Finally got seated, was given Chips and Salsa, was another 20 minutes before our drinks order was taken. Ordered a strawberry margarita and got a strawberry daiquiri. Ordered fajitas for two. Was given tiny tortillas, and literally a spoon full of cheese with a ton of lettuce. Wont be going back. I recommend El Patro two blocks down the road.

This place is amazing, the food is awesome and very delicious, the drinks are great, the prices are great for how good and how much food you get, id come here every day if I could, the staff is super friendly, even when they are packed the staff handles it perfectly, its waitressing at its finest, if anyone wants to try an amazing Mexican restaurant in the area this is the place to go.

Seated quickly but then waited and waited. Had to get up and get their attention to give my order. When the food finally came it was lukewarm. Nothing worse than lukewarm melted cheese. When finished had to wait and wait for my bill. Finally got up again, server was behind counter eating her dinner. Will not return.

Very inconsistent went there a week ago everything was good. Went back tonight and ended up leaving before ordering a meal. The salsa was horrible and the cheese dip was yellow water with little curds in it. I hate that the only place to get a consistent attempt at Mexican in this town you have to go to Taco Bell.

This place was off the chain ..We had great service an the food was hot to the touch an really way to much food. But it was the most delicious Tex Mex We all had in years. It dont look like much on the inside, but it will surprise you of how tasty it is. Plus they serve alcoholic beverages..

Food was ok. They either didnt have enough waitresses or the waitresses had too many tables, didnt get offered refills until we were about ready to leave. We still had to walk to the register before we got our bill. Isnt on our list of places to come back to in Lake City.

My first visit and last! Portions were adequate, but service and prices were horrible! We had the all you can eat taco lunch. Will not return. I do believe even one star is too high for this place but the site made me at leave give one star.

The food was good. However, the service was very poor we had to share I water almost until we were finished eating. They have a nice selection of Mexican food on the menu and a good two for one drink special.

It was very tasty! We ordered a steak meal and the nachos carnitas. I had the homemade sangria and it was well made. The staff was friendly and helpful. Cant wait to go back!
