Been multiple times to dine in and the food is usually good and service is good for the price. Tonight I called 4 times on my way home from work to get take out, my son wanted mexican food. 4 times I called and let phone ring 10 to 15 times. They never answered the phone. Upon walking in I asked if they got a new number and the 2 girls at the counter said how busy it was and they dont answer the phone when its busy. The bar had 1 patron at it and there where several tables open. Not busy at all just a poor excuse. I placed my order, food came out in about ten minutes and I left. Upon getting home I find that they screwed up my sons order, chicken and cheese quesadilla, and instead got a shredded chicken burrito. I called and amazingly they answered the phone. I complained to the girl and she argued with me about how busy they are and that what I got was in fact a quesadilla. After arguing for several minutes she reluctantly offered to make a quesadilla and I can come get it. No thanks. We will find a new place for mexican, which we get at least twice per month by the way. Horrible front end help, rude, and no concept of customer service.

It took a long time to get our drinks and food. The food came out wrong all three meals. The kids drinks never came we had to go in and ask for them. When one meal came with onions and lettuce we sent it back and the. A different guy brought it our wrong again and with an attitude saying everything. Had onions - which if thats the cas ethe waitress shouldve said that when we asked for no onions. Then nobody ever came back. So after our drinks were empty and even ice melted and we asked another waitress for help and she ignored us and walked away we went inside and asked for a manager and the staff refused to tell us a name and sent our original waitress out who we had t seen in over thirty mins . This was absolutely embarrassing FOR THEM. For a new name and new mgmt restaurant I dont foresee this lasting long. All four people were rude. Do not recommend.

Great happy hour! I got a 32oz lime margarita for $7.50 ( happy hour 3-7). They were not stingy with the alcohol and it lasted the entire 2 hours we were there. My girlfriend got a $16 half pitcher of sangria (not a happy hour drink), while expensive this is a much better deal then buying it buy the glass ($6). Service was prompt and courtious. We were given free chips and salsa moments after we put in our drink order and our server continually checked in on us. Food tasted delicious and dessert was worth trying. My girlfriend said it was the best sopapillas shed ever had and I enjoyed my first ever encounter with flan. Highlight of the night, the restaurant isnt very large, but we were never rushed to leave. Overall, it was a great experience and we will definitely come back.

Food was just okay as we didnt find it all that flavorful. At the table we had the fajita shrimp salad, burrito and some tacos. Service was just okay as well. It took a decent amount of time for anyone to come take our drink order and it was prime lunch time at 12:30 and only two other tables there. There was no toilet paper in the restroom so I had to go ask someone in the middle of the restaurant and then the toilet didnt flush as the lever didnt seem connected correctly. Not really the kind of thing you want to have to be the one to bring to someones attention. There are way better Mexican restaurant choices in the area as well as other great food options in that same plaza. I recommend going to one of those. It will be awhile before we would give this place a try again, if ever.

My husband and I were disappointed with our visit to this restaurant. We were excited to see a Mexican restaurant when we were going to nearby Carrabas and soon returned to try it. Being from CO we are very familiar with good Mexican cuisine. They do have a large menu but the food was just OK and obviously American Mexican. But even more important to us, we were not pleased with the service and atmosphere. Very loud music playing with poor sound quality and probably would appeal to a much younger crowd. When we paid our bill the cashier was on the phone taking an order and was not attentive to us in the least while our waiter stood by waiting for his tip I guess. No thank you from either one, did you enjoy the food or come see us again - rude. We will not go back.

This restaurant was struck off our list for lunch and dinner even though it was right next to our hotel and work. The food is okay for ordinary Mexican food, nothing special. Interesting incident on our first and only visit... on asking for ice water, the server warns us of some construction in the vicinity and said he doesnt trust the water if you want you can have soda or ice tea. Dont lie to upsell. He did not even have bottled water. When asked him isnt ice tea and Soda coming from the same filter... He got defensive. All 4 restaurants in that complex there are serving filtered water am I am still healthy here.

The manager added HIS drinks to my tab. I asked him to remove them and he said I offered them to him. Then I noticed he added gratuity when the other servers on other occasions never added gratuity. I asked the manager Gustavo to remove the drinks, he refused and I asked him to remove the gratuity, he did not. The most unprofessional customer service I have ever dealt with in my life. Mariachi is amazing, manager is a scum bag. The food is ok.

Okay...the food here was awful. The waiters were nice and the service was okay. We ordered the two most popular items, as told to us by the waiter. The best part of the burritos was the cheese sauce it was floating in and it might have been canned. My empanadas were awful, I literally scooped out the filling and didnt eat the crappy corn shells. Go to the golden tequila on nineteen or even Taco Bell; both more authentic and more delicious.

Everything about this place is amazing ! The food and the service were both great, as was the general atmosphere. I went on a Friday night and listened to the Mariachi, who sounded wonderful, however they do tend to be very loud so I would not recommend going if youre sensitive to sound. I would definitely recommend this place, it is beyond worth checking out, and do plan on going again. It may just be one of my new favorites!
