So Tijuana flats is one of my favorite places to go to. I have been to 3 other locations and I have always had great service and the food was on point. That being said I am very disappointed in this location. The service mediocre the manager sat on his phone and stood in the back talking to other employees and never approached any of the tables. The cashier/waitress stood around behind the counter alot even when she had no customers instead of asking tables of they needed refills or if the food was good. And speaking of the food. The queso was watery. The enchiladas, chimichungas and quesadillas we got were all soggy. All and all this location really needs to change there ways and step there game up. It saddens to have to write such negative review on a place I like so much. To any of you that like Tijuana flats or are wanting to try it dont let my review turn you away. Just dont go to this location, other locations are fantastic.

1er vez. Me entregaron el aperitivo junto con la comida, era un Tijuana Trio, osea Chips con 3 cups (guacamole, salsa y queso) y mí comida ya traía de todo eso. Me pudieron haber orientado. El refresco debería ser ilimitado como en todos lados. Debut y despedida.

I love Tijuana Flats. Its one of my favorite quick service restaurants but this specific location is off. Ive eaten here a few times and last night will have been the last time. The handful of times I have eaten at this location I have gotten sick. Ive never gotten sick at any of the other locations around Florida Ive eaten at, just this one. I dont know what theyre doing differently but after my 2 year old was up all night sick with me I will go out of my way to a location I know we wont get sick at.

Over all evrything is good but their drinks taste worst . 1 they have to clean their soda machine hoses or they have to buy real soda bibs so customers can get what they have paid for! We have been many others Tijuana flats in orlando and tampa but their drinks were good . Hope they will approve this weakness

Visiting area and was looking for some good Mexican food. Everything was very fresh, not greasy and the hot sauces they have for sampling are great. Wait staff was friendly and restaurant was clean and inviting.

One of the best spot in Kissimmee. Great food, the staff is very friendly and you can not beat Tijuana Tuesday (2 tacos chips and a drink $5.49) I will recommend this location to my family and friends.
