2nd. time there... disaster. The kitchen delivered better service than the FOH. Prices/great..Food/amazing..Andrea needs to be the one who micro manages service; she is unique, fast, efficient, professional and highly service oriented. If we are to leave a tip come to my table and take the order. Acknowledge your guests as they come in. One person for the register and running some food and 2 for the floor running food, serving the guests and cleaning. ITS CALLED "Team Work ", people. I was thrown on the face "my dad owns it not my problem"... Wooooowwww! People were sitting down before ordering. Therefore, we waited and about 13 left in 45 mins. Wooowww! "Andrea, where are youuu?"

Kind of sad since its the only restaurant like this in Poinciana and we all know how hard it is to find a good place being that Poinciana has nothing lol their service was horrible as soon as we walked in no one said hello no hold on we are going to sit you I literally sat there for 30 mins and NO ONE payed attention to us mind you my stepmother is 38 weeks pregnant .. we left and came back another thinking the service would be better but unfortunately it was the same as the other time guess we will just making the drive to Kissimmee or Orlando to get better service and good food to each is own but I wouldnt recommend this place .

Ive always ordered out. And let me just say they are the best tacos I have eaten here in Florida! Granted they sell much more than just tacos. But when I find my favorite I stick to it. They have recently hired new workers and theyre really nice.

My fiance and I wanted nachos. We get our nachos and start eating , to then find hair in it . I recommend if you do eat here to watch out for hair.
