This Dairy Queen location is just like any other youd come to expect however what makes it different from locations ive been to is that they have an inclined eating space. It gives off a sense of privacy while you indulge in delicate treats and well-cooked meals. Out of all the ice cream shops ive come to experience from this chain, this location is the most pleasing. From the employees humble nature to the warming sense of a positive welcome, I highly recommend this eatery and hope it continues to stay in business from years to come.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! I was not able to spend my lunch break with my family who I wont see for a week because not only was I ignored for over five minutes at the speaker but was in the drive through for 20 minutes before I could even order and another 15 waiting on my order to be completed. I had to go inside to pay because I was told "the dining room was less busy" The sunday I ordered was mostly melted and upside down in the bag, employees here have no sense of urgency and are completly indifferent to customers needs.

Just waited 18 min in the drive thru for my lunch, just to have my order wrong when I got back to work and opened the bag. Waisted my lunch break and my lunch money in the same visit. Me and one other car in the drive thru lane so I thought it would actually go quick. I was wrong. I asked for no mayo, got extra mayo by the looks of it. Maybe if they updated the intercom and or repeated the order back to you mistakes like this wouldnt happen. Drive thru is always backed up. Real poor service!!!

Takes sooooo long to get your order. 95% of the time there is something incorrect or missing. The past 2 times my daughter insisted on going there, they didnt have the featured which was the entire reason for going. The one in Dover is much better.

Very very slow drive thru. Today, had to repeat thr order back to her, get up there have gave us our drinks and sundaes without a carrier, had to ask. Had to ask to get out debit card back. Get home, and we are missing out sauces.

Got a chicken with fries fries was cold chewy... chicken looked like the cook took a bit off every one. A terrible experience. . My 2nd time they were terrible got to say wont go back ...... no customer service help

Blizzards were not mixed well. As far as a simple hot fudge sundae....not enough hot fudge. Ended up with a cup of soft serve vanilla after few spoonfuls. Why so stingy with the chocolate?

Service sucks and is slow. Drive Thur intercom is ancient and needs updated!!! Mainly children that works at this establishment which would be the reason for poor and slow service.
