Fui un domingo a las 730pm eramos 15 personas pero en el lugar lo que habían eran dos mesas más cuando llegamos, luego de más de una una hora de espera comenzaron a salir algunos platos, yo no estuve esa suerte, después de 2 horas sin que ni siquiera el gerente diera cara me levante y me fui, nunca volveré a ese lugar ni lo recomiendo tampoco

I have to say during my visit to the restaurant my family and I didnt have to wait for seating. server came quick greets and ask for drinks my question to the server was is there refills she reply no, well thats a must have in restaurant. we place the order and wait for around a fair time of 20+ minutes but my food never made it with the rest of the table so they forgot my plate now they are making my dinner a extra 15 minutes. food is good. I didnt flinch to pay my bill including the tip which was include on the check 14% on top. live music inside of the salon to loud. Good walking space between seats. theres room for improvement. thanks from a maybe be back customer.

Worst service ever! We were a party of 20 and after 1hr we finally got our drinks (water, juice,etc.) then half of the party got served, but the other half never did! We never received our appetizers either, and after 2 hrs we ask for the manager, the owner appeared and he gave us the worst attitude, he was very rude, impertinen, tactless, and never once he apologized! This is coming from a party of people thats very low-key and respectful, with that said WE DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE, they ruin my friends birthday. .

Worst service ever!the server came to us very quick and we placed our order. Everything was good until we started seeing new customers getting their food and leaving before us. We got our food one hour after we had placed the order and complained because of the wait time. The food wasnt bad but it was definitely not worth the wait time. After we were done another server came to us handing us the wrong check with someone elses credit card. After telling her it was not ours we waited about 30 more mins for our check.

Great food. The mofongo is awesome, very tasty needs no other seasonings. Very reasonable prices. Came from New York and ate here with a group of 18. Everyone was happy and full. No complaints. One of the best Spanish restaurants Ive ever been to. And Ive been to a lot. Atmosphere is quite and low keyed. But the food cant be beat. !!! Wish they had one in New York.

Ive literally been here an hour and a half and all I have is a glass of water, which hasnt been refilled in an hour. I had to go to the back to get my daughters milk, because after five times of asking they kept forgetting. Stay clear of this place. Edit: turns out me and my two year old daughter got food poisoning from this hell hole.

I can easily say Im never eating here again, bad service and really bad food, my husband and I didnt even finish our dinner, we left more than half of our meals on the plate and to make it even worse we both have the most horrible heartburn and upset stomachs..... Giving them 1 star was too much they dont even deserve that...

Food was excellent price was great. Service was bad waited 15 minutes to acknowledge we were at table, waited 40 minutes for food. Paid bill $36.05 with a $4.00 tip for a total of $40.05 and was charged $50.05 on my Credit Card. Someone changed my tip amount. They must of thought we were tourist????????????

The food was excellent and the prices are very low. Beer bucket specials 5 for $10 or $12 for any beers. Outdoor space is just what Ive been looking for and good music. Im coming back for sure, probably twice a week.

I enjoy the ambient and the The food is Outstanding. I have lunch there at least 2 times per week and always order a cold presidente, the palomilla steak or the pollo milenesa. Mofongo de camarones is also great.

Waited a long time for food.. Dry mofongo and steak, no refills on water. Poor service, no receipt for over 20 minutes after plates were removed from table; the place needs to be more equipped for holidays.
