We was staying at The Florida Hotel The mall connect into the hotel, pretty cool. We was waiting in line and waiting to order the food. So the chef take a little bag of pasta and cook in into a deep fryer for 10 second The pasta was extremely undercook. Then put it in a flying pan with even shorted me cheese. The amount of cheese they gave me was a tea spoon I said that a small amount of cheese, can I get more please? He said nothing. The other chef gave me some more. Very poor customer services. So at the end when we in line paying for our meals The person behind the customer didnt even offer us cheese from the grinder or even bread. Not one communication since the chef took off the food from the flying pan. They was talking to the guy in front of us and the other person. My grandma come from Italy and she will be a shame to call this place a Italian restaurant. Waste $8/ea for extremely undercook pasta. The portion they give you for for $8 is extremely small. After wasting over $20 bucks for our undercook pasta. We throw it away, we went to Sbarro For $3.99 we got a pizza w/ drink then got a side of pasta from them Was like $3.29 got fresh garlic on the pasta. Was way better than that undercook pasta for $8 bucks. We are not one to complaint my mom been a waitress for over 20 years if the food suck and we dont like it we throw it away. I feel like since I was my money I used for our food I should have my honest feed back what I went through.

This place is amazing! Even if youre not a pasta lover, you can still come out to make your own salads and flatbreads which is a huge plus. The concept of making your pasta is great, they also have some pre-made pastas for you to choose from like the ravioli in chicken broth (which tastes phenomenal by the way!). They have many pastas to choose from and about 4 sauces including the red sauce, an alfredo sauce, a pesto sauce, and I believe they have a mixed sauce too. They have many vegetable options like onions, chopped garlic, sundried tomatoes, and much more! You can add chicken or other meats for $2 and how much meat they give you is definitely worth it in my opinion. Portions are pretty big- I was able to make two meals out of my plate at Spoleto and it also comes with a piece of focaccia bread and lots of parmesan cheese! Staff was so nice to my friend and me when I went, it really makes me want to go back. The price range is about $12-$15 depending on what you put it in your pasta, but it does taste great! Custom made pasta, and youll is def worth the money. I chose farfalle, alfredo sauce, chicken, sundried tomatoes, bell peppers and garlic- my masterpiece looked delicious and tasted delicious. Overall this place is worth trying out and I can see myself coming here on a weekly basis.

Wanted to try out this place and how did Spoleto even continue to keep this place open? The former manager isnt there anymore and got replaced with some idiot who has temper tantrums like I dont know what. Jessica I think her name was? She got pissed off because there was a long line and stormed off but not before throwing f bombs everywhere. Not to mention I think she was high on something because her eyes looked bloodshot red as well as probably most of the cooks there who reeked of crack. (Have a friend who went into rehab for it) Plus some employees who Ive seen there arent even there now. What the hell happened to this place? This is supposed to be a 4 star restaurant yet its dwindled down to McDonalds quality. If you want to eat at a decent place, make the drive to Spoleto in winter park. Ive eaten there a couple times before this one. This place is a disaster zone!

"Ristorante" di pasta trasformato in fast food. Ti costruisci tu il tuo piatto (scegli tipo di pasta e condimento) i prezzi non sono eccessivi e i sughi non sono male. Un punto in più per il parmigiano grattugiato sul momento e la pasta condita in padella. Ma purtroppo la pasta è un po scotta per quelli a cui piace al dente.

I friggin love this place! The food is amazing and addictive. The staff is very friendly and pays attention to detail. I come so often they already know what Im going to get. They get pretty busy so I recommend using their app if youre on a time crunch but they move the line very fast. No other restaurant makes a better sweet tea. Keep up the great work team!! Chef with the dreadlocks always adds a little extra love in every dish, its truly appreciated!

The staff are all very kind and informative - they also are all upfront about what will cost you extra as well! Great atmosphere for being in a mall, the food is freshly made right in front of you and tastes delicious. They also were very accommodating with my dietary restrictions and weird thing of not wanting my food to touch. Fairly priced as well! I definitely recommend this place and plan on eating here again!

I come to spoleto very frequently because I actually work in the Florida mall and love it . However recently you guys have been so understaffed the line takes forever to get through. Ive had multiple incidents where my meetball has been cold and raw , and even after having them fix it , it still comes back cold. I will say the staff are extremely nice though .

The food is fantastic!! The idea of making fresh custom pastas, flatbreads, and salads is genius! So refreshing to finally get some decent Italian. The customer service is awesome! Bob is so amazing and really puts a special spin on this location! The only downfall is there is only one location that I know of in Orlando.

Pasta was extremely cold, staff need improvement. I was not offer any bread into I asked the guy who was sweeping does this meal include bread. I dont think I will go back, only if they improve their staff and train them how to cook.

We came here months ago and had the worst service and cold pasta... So glad we tried it again! Our food is fresh and the customer service is outstanding!
