The food is authentically Nigerian and tastes great, the owner is nice, the restaurant is not dirty, theres usually at least 2 people working at a time. This is the only Nigerian restaurant in Orlando, serving a niche food, in a city where the Nigerians/Africans do not necessarily run out to support, so I dont think its too expensive (Jollof rice, Goat Meat, separate order of stew with meat less than $20. But at a Thai restaurant, one order of Thai Basil Fried rice with shrimp, 4 chicken wings = $22), especially for the quality you get. One thing anyone will tell you is the food tastes good. There were two Nigerian restaurants, I knew both closely, the other has shut down so this restaurant must be doing something right. Also to step into a Nigerian restaurant and complain a food is too spicy is like complaining an Indian restaurants food has too much curry. Thats usually a personal preference issue and not a problem with the restaurant. I have never thought of it as too spicy.

Ive been to this place about 3 times and the only reason I keep coming back is because the other restaurant is closed and Im craving Nigerian food. The staff is a mess of rudeness. I ordered egusi soup and pounded yam which at $12.99 is already expensive... When they ring me up all of a sudden its $22.99. How?!?! They added two dried up pieces of goat meat and say that makes it more expensive. I am certain I asked for mixed meat and honestly , craving or not I cannot go back you arent getting what you pay for and I would much rather go on the west side to get my Nigerian food fix because this is super unacceptable. At least at the other restaurant they treat you with respect and actually have Good customer service and most certainly give you what you pay for in regards to portions and quality of food

It is absolutely horrible place. We visited it on Saturday. 1 p.m. No cars no people there. It didnt look clean, the door was open with efforts - we knocked the window so they helped to open the door. Tables were covered with simple plastic . Not pleasant. Food - oh, Horrible. All meats were almost ...bones, tasteless, hard to chew . Sides - so spicy - you cant eat it , so tasteless. So ....bad. Oh, the plates were ...disposable, but meal prices - all above $ 10.00 . .. I will never recommend it even to my enemy.

I was there with my families, in laws included December 2016...we travelled from Rosen Center hotel ,International Drive after 6 days of eating scrambled eggs and pancake and all other sorts. We started craving badly for our Naija food and so we journeyed to Flavours, we werent disappointed at all..the jollof rice, amala and efo riro fish and assorted meat was worth the journey.

We just visited the Flavors Nigerian Restaurant in Orlando and we were very impressed. The food is authentic and delicious. The staff is friendly and helpful. We lived in Nigeria for 7 years and fell in love with the food. We had the equisi and pounded yam (fufu). It was as we remembered. If you are not familiar with Nigerian foods, treat yourself to this delicious cuisine.

Okey Odom am highly disappointed that you made that horrible and stupid comment regarding madam flavors food,I have been eating here for more than 2 years and your comment made u look less of a man and propably you have problem with your tongue, next time when coming make sure you brush your teeth and wash your tongue properly so you can have a good taste of the food

Chicken was so dry I could barely bite into it. It must have been sitting out for days. Completely unacceptable. The jollof rice was basic rice I couldve bought from a box out of any grocery store. Had a sign saying they use plasticware since theyre unable to hand or machine wash dishes because of the septic system. Smh!!

Worst food in the world, especially their egusi and okra soup. Horrible. I would rather drink pure red oil than eating their soup. Jellof rice was ok. Their goat meat was tough as nail.

I saw a review written by Okey Edom. The comment was so ridiculous. I was at Flavours Nigerian Restaurant and I was served Pounded Yam and Egusi Soup and it was very ok.
