My daughters and I went to this restaurant at the recommendation of a friend. We thought it was going to be a good time! When my daughter got there a few minutes earlier than I to get seated. It wasnt really busy as the time progressed it got busy. The service was slow, there were flies everywhere. The food took a long time to come. My food was extremely cold and bitter. Something with the vegetables. I think the seasoning that was used or the sauce. Something was bitter. The mole! I dont know! The music was loud! You would expect the music to be Mexican. Not bachata or reggaeton, which I hate. I hate music with the same beat! I was also told that there would be mariachis there on Thursday night. The door had a sign that said mariachis 3-9 pm. We got there at 4:45 pm and no mariachis. Not even on a special night like 5 de mayo!! Good grief! I would not recommend! I would not visit this place not even if the food was free. Everyone at the restaurant was blind to the flies, flying all around us. The waiter was told the plate was dirty. He brought a plate and then left the dirty one on the table. What were we supposed to do with a dirty plate? Our final straw was when I asked for the check. Another waitress brought the check. I reviewed it to find out. We were charged for chimichangas to go that we never ordered. Why would we want to order something to go if we were already there. The food wasnt even that good for us to do that. The bill was rectified by the waiter. I do have to say that we were not going to punish the waiter for the bad service even though it was, because my daughter is a server. It wasnt totally his fault but since servers only make $4.56 an hour if that. I didnt think it was fair to not tip him. He was nice and friendly but really didnt listen well. My daughter from the start asked for flower tortillas and he brought corn ones. I like to support small business as much as I can. However, this place gets an F from me. Absolutely horrible!

On a last minute changed to having dinner we picked this place for dinner expecting a good evening but to our surprise. Things went sour when weve notice that we would have wave a group of waiters and see if one would take our drink orders after being there for over 10 mins. Once that was over with we now had to struggle with getting our drink order right being that their drinks werent coming out right (carbonated). Weve then notice that other people around us were getting very attentive service but yet we werent. As management started to do their walks (greeting customers) we brought it to his attention, he offered to give us FREE meals... But we refused that offer we werent there for that we went expecting good service.. After getting an additude from the waiter (assuming after management had a few words with) we just went ahead and finishes our meals and PAYING for it we called it a night.. P.S when running a business that highly depends on customer service please make it a habit to look for good help.... First and Last visit to this place... Thanks but NO THANKS...

I was the first and only person in at noon. No one else for at least 20 minutes. The food came out quickly and other than the refried beans being very soupy, it was fine. But the server never came back to check on me, refill my drink or ask how things were. Even after finishing and having pushed my plate away, she walked right by several times. But she was walking around singing with the music and chatting with other staff so I guess she was preoccupied. There were several small flies buzzing around as well. Overall, not the best and will probably look for another place when in this area.

I dont get it. Where did all these great reviews come from? Ambience/decor was non-existent; not even enough noise absorption to prevent you from hearing every conversation in the room. Might as well have been eating in a warehouse. Service, mediocre at best. We were unaware that every suggestion offered by the server involved an upcharge, resulting in a significantly higher bill than expected. Food was completely bland. Not even table condiments available to add a bit of spice. Mariachi band, on the other hand, was amazing! I wish I could have paid them instead of the restaurant.

Look I often dont do thes reviews but I just had to with this outstanding restraunt. This place ROCKS! The service nothing short of exceptional. The wait staff were the most warm and friendliest from the hotstest to the waitresses. What I loved most was the owner coming to say hello. To me that means the world. He made sure the food was prepared right ( which of course it was ) to the service and of course I assured him his whole staff was A1! If your in the Claremont area you need to check this place out. Trust me you will enjoy the experience.

Accidentally came up to this place looking for the restaurant it used to be. Im sure I will be back as this was an amazing and delicious surprise. I ordered the enchiladas Verdes. Being a cook myself, I often complain about how bland most restaurants make their food, this was not one of those times. The flavor of all of the food is superb and the textures are outstanding. Try this place you will not be disappointed.

VERY GOOD FOOD AND PRICES. THE PLATES ARE BIG AND THE PORTIONS ARE GREAT. We had a great server, if I recall his name was Rafael or something similar to that, He was puertorican and was one of the best servers Weve had ever in a restaurant. We even stayed about 3 hours talking with him and socializing. He was very funny and friendly. I will definitely will be coming back soon! I do wish it was closer in Clermont.

Tasty Mexican fare in a relaxed, quiet restaurant. Famished after wandering around Lake Louisa park we popped in here on our way home. For your money you get a good portion of hearty Mexican grub and some fresh-cooked Nachos, always a treat. Special mention to our server who said it was his first day and was pretty nervous; keep up the good work! FYI, lunch prices are cheaper (I think they finish lunch at 3pm).

From out of town but would definitely come back if we could. Warning: HUGE portions. Food is delicious and presented well. Great drink specials...we had the fire drink. Yes, its as awesome as it sounds (and yes, its on FIRE!). Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Cant believe this place is so tucked away...what a great find! If youre feeling up for, come Tuesday for Thursday for great kareoke!!!

This place was awesome!!! Food is great, fast, and reasonably priced, the Margaritas are very good and at 3.99 till close you just cant beat it! The most inspiring of the visit was the fact that the owner of the establishment came to our table to introduce himself and see how your service is/was....very rare to see that nowadays. The establishment is very clean and our server was awesome!

Love it. Great food, reasonable prices. Wife and I make a habit of going for lunch every time we take the cars in for an oil change. Have never had a service issue; on the contrary the servers were professional and friendly every time we have gone. I cant speak to the authenticity of the cuisine, but it is much more fresh than any chain restaurant for mexican food.
