Worse chipotle I have ever been to!! Arrived with four people ahead of me which at most chipotles is ni big deal. However, at this location they have one person working the line while the other two people stand at ONE register staring at you waiting in line. The manager standing in the back scrolling on his cell phone and one person working the kitchen. When the staff was questioned about the lack of service, their explanation was that corporate gives them specific stations to work at and they are not allowed to move, especially because they are on camera and corporate watches them. This makes completely no sense!!! Corporate would rather have employees standing in one place staring at customers waiting to be served rather than stepping in to help??!? I have been to numerous different chipotles and NEVER experienced anything like this before.

Just wanted to say that I love this Chipotle I work there and I eat there. Ive worked in alot of places but this Chipotle is one of the best job I ever had. Everybody works hard and everyone gets along with everybody. The GM and WHOLE CREW are best attitudes. Best vibes when you come in. We make sure that our customers are happy and we make sure that everything are very clean. No one says that I cant write a review. So here it is. I LOVE THIS CHIPOTLE. I learn new things everyday & in the future I know Ill be the best in what I do ( which I AM already ;) because my crew are best people to work with. Best customer service, best food.

This has not been my favorite Chipotle so far. Ive visited a few times, and both times, the service was incredibly slow - something Im not used to with other Chipotle restaurants. My most recent visit took almost 15 minutes to order a burrito, even though there were just two people in front of me, (yes, TWO). They had a large order - but there were only two people working the line, which held things up. Also, the barbacoa was incredibly dry... Also not something Ive ever seen before... A few disappointing visits, and I wont likely visit this location again.

The associates at this Chipotle are top of the line and deserve to be recognised. twice ive had to wait for either fresh chips or for the steak to finish cooking and they were not only really polite and cheerful, but also comped one of my bowls and gave me a coupon respectively. their attitudes already made the wait a non issue, but they go above and beyond consistently. great job! oh and its Chipotle so you know the food is that

Im a huge fan of Chipotle and couldnt wait for this new location to open. Really disappointed on my first visit today. Not a veggie lover so I ordered a burrito with just rice, chicken and cheese. I asked for just a little more chicken and was told shed have to charge me over $2 more for just the little more I asked for. Very hesitant to ever return to this location

Customer service was excellent. The manager a young man with such charismatic smile brought my child extra chips since my little one spilled ours and had a meltdown. This young man got someone to clean the mess right away and came back with extra chips for my son. Superb service.

Happy a chipotle opened up right around the corner from me. Today was my first visit and I got hands down the best service I have ever had at a chipotle in all the years Ive eaten there. The three girls that were working the afternoon of 11/30/16 all deserve a raise

The portions are very very small here! Ive been to Chipotles where they are small but this was ridiculous. He gave me a half scoop of meat and when I ordered guacamole he gave me a half scoop. I would never come here again unless they change something!

This food is Amazing!! Its tasted so fresh at every location weve been to. I ordered the bowl with Sofritas, vegetables, black beans, brown rice, mild salsa, and corn! And guacamole on the side :) It was all so amazing!!!

This chipotle has friendly staff with great food and its always fresh because of the amount of traffic this store sees. Highly recommend checking out this place as its a good clean store with great people inside.
