En el dia de ayer fui con toda mi familia como de costumbre.... como parte de la orden mi esposo pide 2 "coke floats" grandes.... la empleada toma toda la orden y al entregarnosla nos da 2 "floats" de un sabor a menta.... cuando vamos a reclamar dice que ella no tenia "coke" que ella tenia pepsi.... en serio? Por eso sirvio otro sabor malisimo? No quisieron cambiarnos los "floats" y no nos devolvieron el dinero tampoco! Eran mis preferidos... pero con esa actitud y mal servicio al cliente no regresaré NUNCA y no los recomiendo mas!

The place has some damn good ice cream. Who cares about scenery? You dont go to a giant ice cream cone to enjoy the view; you go for delectable, cold desserts. No, you wont get 5 star customer service, but you will get basic service that suffices what you came for. I dont expect the ice cream servers to give me a foot massage with my sundae, but I do expect to get a sweet treat after paying for it, and thats what you get here. Not the best experience in the world, but then again Im not exactly climbing a mountain or sky diving, or riding a roller coaster, am I? Im buying freakin ice cream. You wont get a horrible experience either, because its not a concentration camp, its an ice cream place. A normal human being with a humble attitude will enjoy their ice cream treat. A rich person who absolutely despises anything affordable and expects a royal treatment will not enjoy visiting this place, nor will they enjoy life in general.

I love how people give this place a bad review based on political views lol. Because that totally has everything to do with the business and services being offered right? Its ice cream, not a 5 star suit and tie diner that you get served royal ice cream harvested from the finest cows who were fed a diet of caviar and wore golden collars. Come on really... And when the place is closing and you want to sit there at a quarter till midnight with your 2 year old children shoveling ice cream down their throats at fricken midnight and someone who has a life and has to go home to a bed because theyre not a robot, asks you to please rap it up and leave. You cock an attitude and cry on google reviews that you had this horrible experience. Pathetic. Take a lesson in parenting. Who takes their children to get ice cream at midnight.

Muy buen servicio pero deben de tener por lo menos un empleado más , el que tienen se tarda mucho por que esta sólo para todo. Ademas le sugerí que cerrará la llave se agua para que no se perdiera y me respondió que no importaba, pues el no tenia que pagar la gactura, le pedí que lo hiciera para no desperdiciarla y me respondió levantando los hombros que no le importaba, que feo. I totally agree with Jose Angel comment. Our family had the most horrible experience. It was trouble from the beginning. We purchased the ice cream prior to closing at midnight. It was about 11:30 and we sat down to ear the ice cream and the kid who obviously wanted to go home which I could understand who doesnt want to go home after work but he requested that we leave since he was about to lock up the chairs and it was not even midnight yet and he was very aggressive ended up calling me names. He was such a miserable soul. I will not ever go to that establishment again and I will make sure I will let others know about it. My 11 year old witness it all and even he was puzzled as to why this individual was acting this way. I do hope that he gets the help he needs in life.

The hiring sign is a pathetic mess of insults. Talking down to potential employees is no way to get anyone to work for you. You need people who have energy and want to work in an ice cream parlor part time for what you hope is years ("ideally"). Thats going to be young people, but your clear hatred of them in your wording is a big warning sign for anyone to stay far away unless they are desperate. Your signs represent you and your business model. Hire an editor and get some tact.

very Bad!! we went this afternoon and the flavor was awful!! we are diabetics and they have us the wrong flavors!! we asked for a refund ,the cone was only tested one bit,their attitud and response was very unprofessional!!the manager ,spanish guy, told us they DONT GIVE MONEY BACK,we are both restaurants managers so we know the drill. we will NEVER GO BACK THERE!!

The staff was horrible our order was messed up more than 3 times, each time when asked to correct attitude was given. No sense of discipline in this staff. Seem as though they had very little training, management needs to take action, happy customers equal better business or else maybe the manager needs to go back to management training.

The large cone there is 50% smaller than Twistee Treat and cost 35 cents more. In fact I thought it was a Twistee Treat until I looked it up online to give it a bad review. I asked for a cup of water and they said I had to purchase bottled water. Im done with them forever to purchase bottled water. Im do e with them forever

Maurice: very poor costumer service, the cashiers at this place seem to hate life, very bad manners, very ghetto, poor appearance, go to another place in the area. The is a lot places near 192( vine st) in Kissimmee. If you make a mistake ordering they wont change it nor refund your money.

Do not order anything 9oz. They used to serve very generous portions, but now there is absolutely no difference between a 7oz and 9oz portions. You are better off asking for the 7oz, at least you will leave without feeling you were ripped off. I wish they would serve them like they used to.

I love this place! The ice cream is great and they serve a lot. The sitting area needs a little update and it should be kept cleaner and more inviting, but it is till a place I recommend. I have quite some ice cream places to choose from, but I find myself coming back!!!!!!
