A swarm of bees today at 2:00 PM on 7/22/17 was active in the waste basket at Twistee Treat Poinicana. In addition several bees were flying around the ordering and pick up windows. I complained to the young African American male attendant taking orders. He stated the bees were "protected under the law" and nothing could be done. At the pick up window I complained to the middle aged Hispanic female again and asked that she call her manager because someone could get stung and if allergic suffer fatal injuries by the bees. She stated "I will give you the manager"s telephone number and you can call him". The unresponsive staff are perpetuating a hazardous situation for our community . Id advise all Poinciana residents to avoid this place due to safety concerns. What would happen for example if a two or three year old child who is allergic to bee stings was attacked?

I just came from the twisty treat at Poinciana, Fl behind the Walgreens and ordered a medium sundae with whipped cream caramel peanuts and rainbow sprinkles with a small sundae with whipped cream nuts and almond both chocolate swirl!... the guys we stressing apparently short staffed or new trainee! I was fully charged for all toppings wasnt given a receipt and of course... they missed the sprinkles and the caramel! on the medium and the almonds on the small one! the transaction was in cash so you know how that goes! third time going and i think last...

The ice cream was delicious but the service was horrible. Yami I believe was her name; decided it was okay to have a personal conversation with two guys who worked there about high school and kissing some guy (thats how loud she was, I heard the conversation) with the window open and take her sweet time, then forgot my order. Then when she was finally done I feel like I went inside to get my ice cream because she didnt even come to the window and stretch her arm to give it to me, I had to go get it. Worst customer service at the poinciana location.

Horrible customer service!!!! I waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes. There was only 2 cars ahead of me. When i got to the window. They were playing around and having all types of conversations, not only that they got my order wrong. When i went inside to tell them they got my order wrong. They were talking bad things about the customer that was there before me and about me, while i was standing right in front of them. Worst customer service ever!!!!!

Absolutely horrible! Been at this location 3 times in 4 weeks. First trip , sat in line behind one car at drive through for 15 plus minutes, second trip got 2 milkshakes and they were horrible! Third trip, tried milkshakes again. TERRIBLE. Like a cup of flavored water. recommend training these employees on how to make a milkshake. This is actually the location near Home Depot on Poinciana Blvd

#yummy #extremelyAFFORDABLE I dont write reviews but i figured i would for this as it excites my daughter every single time i take her to #theBIGICECREAMCONE as she calls it. It very family oriented as well. They have hula hoops for the children to play with and the staff is young but very customer friendly!!! #KUDOS2YOU

Lot of employee drama. They seemed more interested on whatever was on the phone and their conversation that they were having with each other. At one point one of the girls that work there snuck out and jumped in the back of a car during a order and the rest of the workers went on a scavenger hunt looking for her

Mehki was in charge of running shift on Thursday 22nd June....he did AN AWSOME job remaking orders that were wrong.... And getting back to all the people who were upset about wrong orders....I know there were lots of trainees.....however thanks to him we left happy

No cars in line, nobody at the window. 5+ employees working. Still takes 20 minutes to get your order. Its sometimes 40+ minutes or more in the summer. Get your ice cream at publix and eat it at home. Unless you like sitting in a line for no reason.

I love twistee treat Ice cream. The only thing I can complain about is that the service is slow here. The drive through sometimes feels like it takes forever, when the reason you tend to go through the drive through is to get it in a hurry to go.

This place was just great. The prices were reasonable and there were a lot of flavor choices. The kids all loved their soft serve ice cream. I even got some no added sugar ice cream. What I had was tasty and wasnt too sweet.

Website says they close at 10:30 pm we were at the drive-thru for 15-20 min 4 cars were before us and they only took 2 orders and said they were closed. Service sucks. It was 10:25 pm when they stopped serving.

The ice cream was great! The hot dogs .. not so much. I realize, as a small business, it would be tough to complete with larger stores prices. Unfortunately, its just a little too pricey for a family outing.

This is the best soft serve Ive ever had with generous portions. Even though service is sometimes a little slow, it is worth the wait. Love the "twirls" which are equivalent to Blizzards.
