I have visited this Baskin Robbins on many occasion and in the past 9 months. Every time I have tried to order a soft serve ice-cream. Which is clearly advertised at the drive thru menu. The machine is out of order ! Or the earlier shift, as I was told did not set it up so it is not functional.
