So, went to the Baskin Robbins in Altamonte Springs, FL for the first time today. Won[t make that mistake again. First, we couldnt park in the regular parking lot in the handicapped spot because there was a huge delivery truck blocking the entire area. We parked over on the other side and walked in, surprised to find all of the chairs up on the tables and a young man mopping all the floors. It was 5 pm! The young lady at the counter was less than welcoming. I asked her for a large iced tea and her response was "Were out of large cups and will have none until the truck finishes unloading." Really? I mean, is there some reason your store would ever not order enough cups to keep in stock? Its not like your not going to need them/use them. So I asked her what she *did* have and she very snottily waved at a bunch of cups and told me she had medium and small. I asked her what the difference in price was and she told me "none." So, basically, I could get a medium tea but it would cost me the same as a large. I asked her how long until the truck was done unloading and she told me it could be an hour or more. I said "Oh, okay, never mind, excuse us for bothering you" and apparently she didnt understand sarcasm because she *laughed*. So we attempted to at least get some ice cream. Unfortunately, when my spouse said "Id like a cone ..." she interrupted to say "We have no cones." They literally had no ice cream cones. Not a single one of any kind. Sounds like the manager of this store needs to learn how to manage their inventory and the young lady behind the counter today needs to check her attitude.

This place sucks. More than half of the selections are gone, the staff arent that friendly, and they lack many items that most of other baskin Robbins have. I gave it a second chance and they were worse. The overall quality of a service doesnt even deserve one star

Always out of EVERYTHING!! I give people seconds changes but this is ridiculous!! And they are ALWAYS slow! No more of my money will be going there!
