Took 30 minutes waiting to get a single ice cream bowl. There were three orders ahead of me when I walked in - I got a refund and walked out before even getting my ice cream. I totally understand getting a fresh ice cream, but if an order of a single cup of rolled ice cream is going to take half an hour then why even bother?

Yeah, youll have to wait a minute (or 5) for your ice cream. Its not a big deal. The ice cream itself is good, literally milk and whatever mix-in you choose. You can also add other things as well. To be honest, youre paying for the experience more so than the product. Id say its a barebones Coldstone, not in a bad way.

First walking in the place it was large, dark, hot and empty looking also had a slight smell. We ordered 3 ice creams and it took at least 1/2 hour to get it. There were several employees standing around and only one making the ice cream. Ice Cream had NO flavor. I do not recommend this overly priced place.

It is one of the best ice creams I have had. You get 5 free toppings and an amazingly flavorful ice cream and a show. Definitely recommend. Yes it does take a couple minutes to make the ice cream but what you get (fresh Ice cream) its definitely worth it.

The ice cream was great and how they made it was neat, however, they have no idea what is in anything. In today s world where everyone seems to have an allergy it was surprising. Also, they dont have any kind of nuts which was weird.
