The ice cream, DELICIOUS. The service, GREAT. Lets talk peanut butter. You charge an extra $1 for a small plastic spoonful of it. Your associate uses this tiny spoon to dig way deep into this huge jar scraping knuckles and fingers against INSIDE of jar. Associate just finish ringing up customers, touching money, credit cards, etc. PERHAPS NOT TOO SANITARY? All this because according to them they are not allowed to use the larger black spoons they use for everything else. Why is that??? Next time Ill post an image for you to actually see what i mean. Youre banking so much on this peanut butter as it is that that im thinking bigger spoon will be ok.

Cold stone in other locations have been great but their particular one, was not impressed. We went in on a Saturday around 1 pm. Only one person working and she was on the phone the entire time we ordered. We ordered the founders favorite and she put so much chocolate and caramel syrup that it was a big chocolate ball and was just so gooey. It was gross. While we were sitting down another customer walked in and the employee didnt acknowledge him for at least 3 minutes.He was waiting as she chattered away on the business phone. Sorry to say but wouldnt return to this location.

My girlfriend and I walked into Cold stone on Friday night at approximately 10:58 PM I understood that they closed at 11:00 PM but we made it just in time. When we went to get in line they said they could not serve us because they were closed. When I explained to them they still had two minutes left till eleven I got a very rude "No we are closed". I asked to speak to a manager but was told there was not a manager in at the moment come back tomorrow morning. Very upset with how I was treated.

Cold Stones pistachio with graham cracker crust and roasted almonds mixed in is my absolute favorite ice cream. Cold Stone is the Starbucks of Ice Cream. What I mean by that is that it costs $2 more than it should and has way too many decisions for people to make to order something relatively simple. While the ice cream is good, this location seems a bit under staffed. My last visit featured a long line, sticky tables, and a restroom that was out of order.

Everytime we come here is a wait all the way out till the entrance door and 2 people working only while customers impatiently waiting to be served. Usual wait time is 35-55 min if we re lucky. Register is so slow that whoever is ready to pay and leave, by the time transaction is finished the ice cream is melted. Get more people working for a faster service!!! Please

I live the way they scoop the icecream out and let you watch them sculpt your dream up for you... good quality ice cream here... and the icecream coffee drink was good but kinda too sweet for me. I would have to an it 5 starts but for a Friday night I think more staff should have been there. We waited 20 mins for our icecream and frappe drink thingy

Well, was quite worried when we were running late and didnt get there until 10:55 PM... but while they were definitely eager to shut on time, they did wait until 11:00. Maybe the last reviewer got things changing, or maybe it was different staff. But worked out well. And they friendly enough to take the quarters I had.

Absolutely love, love, love this place! Great customer service and extremely helpful workers!!! Family tradition to come here every Monday night and Sydney in particular is always helpful and attentive to me and my family. Definitely coming back and recommending to all my friends!!

We got in line to order and saw a cockroach crawling away from the counter where the the toppings and cold grittle is. Other customers were pointing it out and we saw no employees taking action. Needless to say we turned around and walked right out of the store.

The ice cream is always good and the employees are competent and friendly. The only problem is the seating: there are never enough chairs when we go, and there isnt an option for outdoor seating. Otherwise, its great.

I generally go every few weeks. Ive been to this location probably 10 times. They seem to have consistent employees, they are efficient, generous with the mix ins and overall happy customer. Ill keep coming back :-)
