Should not have "Steakhouse" in the name. This is not an establishment to visit if youre looking for a quality steak. Hostess was very bland, not happy to be there. Server was attentive and cheerful, clearly doing his best with what hes being provided. Only reason Im giving 2 stars. As for the food...I ordered a rare ribeye. It tasted previously frozen, not a good cut of meat. With the amount of fat on it, it was obvious they dont source the highest quality...no grass feed beef here, which at $23 for a 12 oz. ribeye you might expect. Absolutely zero seasoning at all. No butter or anything either. I had to liberally salt and pepper it for any sort of flavor. Had 2 in my party order the pork chops, both came overcooked and dry...again with no flavor at all. My wife ordered a chicken Caesar salad, which was tasty, although heavy on the dressing. All kids meals were $7.99. My son had mac and cheese, which was very obviously a container of Kraft easy mac. I could have bought a box of Kraft, a bag of fries, and a gallon of milk for what we paid for that meal. I would not recommend this place if youre looking for a good steak. Many other places to choose from. TGI Fridays had a far superior ribeye, complete with flavor, for less...and I wasnt expecting much from them. I will not be returning.

Service wasnt great at all! When I first arrived the hostess was helping another co-worker with crab legs or whatever. She saw me and my guest and waited briefly before attempting to seat us...at that point we decided to sit at the bar and she was cool with that... We sat at the bar for almost 10 mins ir longer before my guest went back over to the hostess stand. The hostess said "Oh yeah let me go get her shes a little crazy". We waited a few more minutes and the bartender came up covered in cigarette smoke and handed us menus...i personally felt rushed to place my order but she didnt rush to greet us. The biscuts were hard and the food wasnt great. I ordered the fried fish and shrimp only to be disappointed. When my plate arrived I was disappointed to see this big ass oily piece of fish that did not get drained prior to being plated and only three pieces if shrimp. We thoroughly enjoyed our visits here. So good, we visited multiple times in our two week vacation to Orlando FL. Service was very much on point, staff were attentive and knowledgeable about their menu. The dining area is nice and clean and we had options to either sit with our two year old in boosters, high chair or without anything in booth seating. The food was cooked to perfection. Multiple steaks order with variations of preferences to cooking and all came out to order. Toilets were clean and tidy and there was plenty of parking outside. We had a short wait on our table on the second night, but plenty of comfortable seating up by the bar was fine to sit and wait for our pager. Even with our little one. Thank you so much for a lovely few evenings!

Were here visiting from Oklahoma on our Make-A-Wish Disney Trip for my daughter and stopped in for a bite to eat only to fall in love with this place!! Andy T was our server and he provided the highest quality service weve experienced. He was very attentive and courteous. We dont want to leave... The minestrone soup is a must!! Sweet Tea and White Z beverages are a must made to perfection!! The center cut chops are perfectly seasoned and the sirloin/shrimp special was amazing!! The hot fresh rolls and honey butter had us melting and begging for more baskets. Very upscale elite service restaurant leaving with you the mindset to plan your next return. Thanks for making us feel so welcomed Andy T.. you rock!!

My wife and I went there last night. She had a salad with chicken and I ordered the combo dinner ribeye with fried shrimp. I was actually brought a strip steak and fried shrimp. The steak was flavorful but extremely tough. I wanted to complain that it wasnt a ribeye but since our waitress never asked me how my steak was or if it was cooked to my liking, I figured she knew it wasnt a ribeye. I also know it doesnt always pay to complain to people who are serving you food. The positive things were the fried jumbo shrimp were perfect, the barcadi & cokes were made well and the side salad came with plenty of dressing. However, we will not visit this place again.

A complete dissapointment! Nothing in this place is espectacular. My husbands steak was all grease, he hardly ate front it. My food was as average as it could be, the pre-frozen steak with the tasteless vegetables remind me of asomething more of the quality of Applebees franchise range. Also, the waiter still feel the need of charged my husband half of his steak. He pretty much told him thats how ribeye steak is period, which hes glad I was in the bathroom since Im a chef and has been in the industry for over 20 years and I know what he told him not only is wrong but inrrelevant at that point. We were very unhappy and the treatment was worst than the food.

Horrible horrible! First off the smell when you walk in smacks you in the face! We should have walked right out then. The display by the host stand was raw meat on ice and NOT covered or behind glass!! It was disgusting. And not sure how they get away with that with sanitation codes that SHOULD be in place. I ordered the filet, medium and it was over cooked. Also I think maybe my steak was in the front display the day before because it was grey and blue in color and smelled rancid. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone!!! The only reason I gave one star is because I cant write a review without it.

Rolls were great with hunney and butter. My grandmother and aunt loved their backed patato but I didnt like mine. The server was very fast getting our food out to us. The ceasar salad was just a bit bitter but very good. The steak the black dimond had a bit of fat in it but when cut out good. Medium rare looked more like medium which is what I wanted. Very good atmosphere. I just ordered the brownie that another reviewer didnt want. From the picture included I ordered allot of calories but even with extra spoons in the squation we didnt get very far. This is very very good.

Not much here for 11.99... Cons: 1. Caesar salad way had way too much garlic in the dressing... 2. Subbed this with a side salad instead, and I was literally dishing out the extra dressing (ask for a side of dressing if you plan on eating here)... 3. Veggies were tasteless and watery... 4. Steak (Back Diamond) was overcooked and not seasoned well... 5. A1 steak sauce? Watered down and very runny... 6. Sweetened iced tea had too much sugar... 7. Overpriced... 8. Waitress expected a tip... Pros: 1. The bread rolls were decent... 2. Learned a lesson to never return...

I went to this place to have a nice steak, right ok so I sit down and order and ask "What are you specials today?", He gets attitude and says "Well there on the menu,So look on there" I was shocked, I didnt say anything so,I order my steak and ask for a medium rare steak , about after 20 minutes I get my steak I have a couple bits I think "hmm this is well done not medium rare so I countine with it and it is $46 I was mad so I recommend dont come hso erunless you want bad service and over-cooked steak.
