I have only had one good experience out of four at this particular Sonic. The first two times I ordered a creamery shake. Both of my milkshakes were not mixed completely. I got a Butter Toffee Shake and it tasted absolutely terrible because I got a sudden taste of concentrated butter toffee syrup. I went back about a week ago because my aunt had gotten a Cheesecake Shake that I fell in love with. It tasted amazing down to the very bottom. Then I went back two days later because I wanted another. I was giving them another chance because their shake had tasted so good. However when my shake was brought to my car, it was completely liquid. It shouldnt have been like water at all. At least it shouldnt have been brought to any customer. I had to go into the store and wait 10 minutes for a new one. And to top it all off, the young lady who brought me back my new shake had an attitude like it was my fault it was all liquid. In the end, they should be happy that they dont have the same motto as Dairy Queen or else they would have owned me a free shake.

My 1st and 2nd Sonic experience was here, and it SUCKED, my order was wrong every time (eventhough I repeated it twice) and my fries were Ice cold, the lady on the headset was rude, I was making sure she knew her drive thru screen wasnt working and she thought something else cuz she asnwer back angry (its important to say, I am NOT picky when it comes to fast food, at the end, thats what it is, and Im not so hard on those places because I used to work in one of those and I know how it is) I went the second time to give it another try, maybe the 1st was a bad day, but noooo, same thing happened the 2nd time. Old burger inside the bread. Im done with this location.

The drive through panels were down. ( this was after the hurricane so it might be expected) It was unclear if this was a mechanical or service issue. The food wasnt made particularly fast. The cashier was nice but they only had one person working inside so there was a bottle neck based around serving food and taking in orders. The food was ok but not amazing (this is fast food we are talking about).

Man this place is great been here a few times over the years but just recently moved near by been here twice in 24 hrs Chris is great asked him about a sandwich and if there was a signature sonic sauce and he helped me figure out what would work best for me. Felt more like I was clothing shopping rather than ordering food, kind of customer service that should be rewarded!

Very disappointed. I was craving a Diet Cherry Limeade so we drove to Sonic to get it. We ordered burgers and limeades. Mine tasted like tart water. It didnt even have limes or cherries in it! I had one the other night and it was great! I threw out the one I got today!

The slowest Sonic I have ever been to and they still have trouble getting the ordered items right. If I could give a negative 5 stars I would this has to be the worst managed Sonic around. If I owned the song c franchise I would revoke from this owner.

Spacious, indoor, dining room tables, plenty of exterior tables. Vast drink selection. Polite and accomadating staff. Drive-thru lanes would be safer for pedestrians exiting out the back of the lot.

Sonic was open late Thursday night before Hurricane Matthew when most of the other places were closed. The food was hot and tasted great after working a long stressful day. Thank you Sonic!

Took 25 minutes for food to come out. Literally, I timed it. Mediocre taste at best. Server was apologetic and gave us a free soda. He was really nice.
