This is a nice Boston style restaurant with a very good sport bar with nice environment. Their waitress and the majority of the STAFF are good and very efficient when we talk about service and attention. Despite the fact that we have spent more than $100 bucks becasuse we where having a good time, I have to deduct two stars from the five because one simple and last detail, that the music man they have on February 26, 2016 even the music were going well but he was very rude and disrepectful with my wife and her best friend after they ask him just because he didnt played one song that they asked him about an hour ago. I realized later by the time that we were leaving and I alert to one of the security staff and to the waitress him self, that by the way he was very good and attentive with us that night, for what the music man have done by not playing one simple song. If what has happen was that he didnt have the song that the ladies were asking for, it would be more simpler to say that he didnt have that song and problem solve. But apparantley he is just a frustrated singer or musician because he just started to attack the ladies for reason when they just were asking for something that he was been pay for. My advise to the manager is to get another music man that know how to deal with humans and that treat ladies with respect. I bet there is a bunch of other good music men around here.

Sadly Ive had to retract my review and wont be eating here again. As a Celebration resident Ive been coming here every week or two for 10 years. Its been a local and Disney cast hangout, and Ive helped run beer tastings and fixed their WiFi, but a few months ago they canceled all local discounts and made me sign up for a loyalty card instead. I dont carry 50 loyalty cards in my wallet so I use the Keyring app. Today they refused it, saying you must present the physical card (its just a card with a sequential number; no hologram or CVV). Its never been an issue before because worst case is they enter the number, same as if a card no longer reads. I even have it memorized. Now theres a new policy and they were unbending to logic or fact. So with no discount, a couple unpleasant experiences, no desire to carry more plastic just for them and so many other good local places (Logans, Melia, DAntonios, Market Street, Golden Coral, Panera, iHop, Dennys, Red Lobster, Windmill, Disney World) that DO have discounts or accept smartphone loyalty cards Ill be supporting them.

I came to Celebration Town Tavern at 9pm on a Wednesday after work, and there was no wait at all. Parking was a pain, since theres no lot - I had to street park 3 blocks away. Once we all arrived, the 5 of us were seated quickly by the friendly server. The drink selection is MASSIVE and very well priced - where in CA can you say that you got Lambic for less than $10?? I ordered the filet and lobster tail, and I must say, it did not disappoint at ALL! I was kind of skeptical of ordering lobster at a tavern, but Im SO glad I did - it was melt-in-your-mouth delicious, especially dipped in the clarified butter that its served with. The filet was perfectly medium rare, although my coworker who ordered the same thing said hers was overcooked. In terms of seasoning, the filet was a bit bland, which is where I docked the star. For $40+, I think the filet shouldnt taste like its lacking. Overall, I liked Celebration Town Tavern VERY much, although next time, Ill probably just get two lobster tails ;)

Being a New Englander who had moved to the South, Id really come to miss a good traditional pub. "But [that place down the street with an Irish name] is a pub!" "No, its a bar." I felt quite a bit at home at this place. We ordered draughts of ale from a local brewery and it was great. We had our clam chowder brought out first and it was a nice taste of home and made me really look forward to my meal. Since I havent come across a good fish & chips since Ive moved, I was really looking forward to it and our waitress from upstate NY said she liked it, but to be honest I was a bit disappointed. the batter seemed to lack seasoning (even just a bit more pepper) and the fish was small - but maybe Ive been spoiled by the likes of Salt Hill Pub and RiRas who come out with a fried fish bigger than the platter on a massive bed of fries. Id recommend the place, but if youre from Boston or the Upper Valley looking for fish & chips, get a burger.

Was sooooooooooo disappointed. The inside of the restaurant looks wonderful and we had a great server, but the food was just terrible. We went there for lunch and arrived at 11 just as they opened. Ordered the peel and eat shrimp and lobster rolls. I truly believe the shrimp and the lobster salad were prepared yesterday and were left over. The shrimp were so water logged I literally squeezed a lot of water out of each one as I was trying to peel them. The lobster was exactly the same way. Im from the NE and now live on the gulf coast of Florida. I know good quality shrimp and very sadly this wasnt it. Lunch was over $70 for two people (no alcohol) and I wanted nothing more than to brush my teeth the second I left to get the taste out of my mouth. Im so sad because everything on Yelp looked great with this place. I truly believe we were served old leftover food.

We have eaten here three times before today and it was wonderful. Came here today and it was terrible. We were given dirty silverware, the rib appetizer was crunchy and dry, and the hamburger was so burnt it was like a hockey puck. We sent the ribs back and asked for a different order at which time the manager came out and said the ribs are the same and didnt want to give us another order. she suggested we get something else. Now mind you we have had them on three different occasions and they were great. Then came the food. The shrimp were overlooked and tough and my sons burger was like charcoal. The manager did agree it was burnt and replaced it but that left him eating after we were all done. On top of everything else the manager had very little remorse for our experience. We drive an hour to eat here. I guarantee you we will not do it again....

Came here for lunch. Ordered a lobster roll which is not even on the menu, dont know why. The bread was very small and they put like two little pieces of lobster inside with some celery and other things but it really tasted like nothing was added to the lobster. The entire thing was so small that my husband would have needed three of those to feel satisfied. It was ridiculous! It was the equivalent in size to a McDonald cheeseburger. Thank goodness for the fries which were really good! They charged me $18 just for the lobster roll plus the drink. I paid $12 for a really good lobster roll inside Magic Kingdom and it was twice as big and delicious so that should give you an idea. Service was good but the place is overpriced and the food is mediocre. I am a local and was hoping to love this place as a read some good reviews but never again!!!
