I ordered my food at 622 with a gentlmen named john? and at 748 I called to see where it was ? I was told by Miranda it was on its way. At 822 I called back still no food Miranda put me on hold for manager... Chris the manager got on the phone said it was canceled? It was not he then became very angry and repeatedly slammed the phone I ask who the owner was and he stated it was him?? Needless to say I never got my food or an apology! BBB tomorrow. GREAT THING IS I HAVE THE CALLS RECORDED!!

Will NEVER order from here again. I proudly support local business. Even gave them 3 chances because I LOVE EOC. Enough is enough. Granted they will give credit to you for terrible service and food etc BUT do you really want to complain and have those people handle your food? Honestly I love EOC this branch is terrible. 3rd time really for terrible food or service both have happened multiple times (ordered from this place 7-8 times) NEVER AGAIN period.

Tried calling at 1:30 PM. No answer after 15 minutes of ringing. Tried calling back ten minutes later, someone picked up the phone and immediately slammed it down and hung up. Tried again in another ten minutes and its another 15 minutes of ringing. No answer.
