Food was great and the service was spectacular! Guess I had a different experience from the other reviewers. We had the sampler to start. It has wings, deep-fried mushrooms, onion rings, and mozzarella sticks. And for dipping you get ketchup, ranch, sweet bbq sauce(?), and marinara. Best wings I have had in a long time. For dinner I got the shrimp alfredo and girlfriend got crab cakes. The portion size of the alfredo was spot on and it also came with a big slice of garlic bread. The sauce overpowered the shrimp a bit but was still really good. Shrimp was cooked perfectly. The crab cakes, two came in a serving, were deliciously creamy. The crust was slightly mushy but still provided some texture. It has been a long time since I have had crab cakes and I thought they were tasty. Bill came in at ~$45, including two beers. We will definitely come back but next time I am getting the ribeye!

I placed my order online at around 4:15 to be picked up at 5:30 I got there at 5:30 and was told it would be another 5 mins. That was fine. I waited 36 mins! I sat at the bar no one offered me a drink of water or anything. No one told me the status of my order at all. Finally after getting my food I asked for the manager and the server told me some bullshit about the manager knowing and was in the back. I let the server know that I was upset with the services. Walking out I noticed the manager sitting in her car, not managing. I will never go to 5 point grille again. Nothing was compt for current order or future orders. I use to speak very highly of this place but after today they have lost a loyal customer!

The food was good and hot. But the service was absolutely terrible. I have waited months to visit this place because I wanted them to get all the kinks out. However the worst service I had ever had. We waited over an hour for our food. I try to support local businesses but this didnt make sense since we were the only ones there. They kept promising the food would be out. They came over twice the entire time. Then they couldnt figure out our check. The bathroom was disgusting over flowing toilets and no soap. I expect better service when I am spending my money the service was unacceptable.

My lunch Food was 5-star. Waited 40 minutes though. Had the Turkey burger (fresh bread and it did taste fresh) and fries were great & crispy. My Co-worker had a bad experience cause he ordered turkey rib lunch size and waiter put order in as sampler...haha he wasnt satisfied with sampler cause its all deep fried out of the freezer stuff. Other co-worker ordered dinner and salad and never received his salad, but he rated turkey ribs dinner 3 out of 5 star. Service could use some work like other reviews has stated. Call ahead 30 minutes if you go.

I have been here a couple times. Food is tasty. However, I had waited for the order for 47 minutes today. During that period server came twice, said my order would be right out and made me spend my lunch time waiting for nothing. Then I had to leave and get back to work. While leaving, they said it would be ready in a minute and offered to pack the food to go but I didnt have time. It was upsetting the guy said "thanks for coming by" with a big smile on his face instead of "Sorry!".

When to food eventually comes out is is superb. Big shout out to the head chef on the menu selection. The service levels vary depending on who is on duty. I scheduled an appetizer party it was cancelled by management but no one informed me. I have 20 people waiting for almost an hour for food that I preordered 30 days in advance. After paying a $300 bill I spoke to one of the owners about my experience. He offered me a fee beer. WTF!

Best smoked turkey ribs Ive ever eaten! The meat fell off the bone and the flavorful sauce topped it off nicely! Chicken wings also delicious and were fried hard and to perfection! Lastly the garden salad was FRESH. All its ingredients were bright and beautiful. Omg, this place was soooo refreshing, I was honestly suprised! I highly suggest it and will definitely be back!

I am a frequent customer and I have never had any issues here and if there ever was a problem it is promptly handled!! I love environment I feel safe and that I can have a good time without drama!! The Tilapia Alfredo is BOSS!!! The party punch which is a mixed drink is awesome and the peach sangria

The food here is delicious, but it is way over priced for what is really just a nice neighborhood bar. Service is also very good and attentive. It has a nice atmosphere, its just a shame that the prices are so high, perhaps some larger portions would work.

I am fond of Harvard Wine and Grille already. This is another one of their locations. The ambiance is great and a good place for a small get together. Turkey ribs and the Chicken Alfredo. Need I say more!
