From when I walked through the door at The Wine Bar at Solaire I knew it was a special place. My fiancée had already ordered a Charcuterie Board which was unbelievable. For a small plate we enjoyed a mussel dish that was one of the best I have ever had. For my entree I had a seared duck breast with a cherry and brandy sauce and root vegetables. My fiancée had a Dijon crusted rack of lamb with a wild mushroom risotto and vegetables. Not only was everything delightful but the duck breast was the best I have ever had. I not only will come back but I would enjoy every meal of my day here. I suggest if you love the best food and the best wine with the most knowledgeable people around you come and enjoy a night out at The Wine Bar at Solaire!!!

We had a fabulous meal at the Wine Bar at Solaire. My husband got a filet and it was nearly 4" thick and was buttery and melt-in-your-mouth. He was very pleased with his entire meal. I got the rack of lamb - again, the best rack I have ever had. We received a complimentary home-made cookie place with strawberries and chocolates from the chef. The service was great, the food was excellent - very intimate dining experience. Very nice. We will definately return!!

We had a couples massage yesterday. My husband said his was ok. My massage was the WORST I have ever had. It was painful and unrelaxing, even after asking the therapist 2 times to be more gentle. She rubbed my skin so fast, there was no way she could have felt any knots or tension in my muscles. I finally told her to stop the massage, before my time was up. Horrible experience!

We had a excellent dining experience. The atmosphere was calming, the service was top notch, and the food was down right fantastic. Actually ordered a burger and the meat was so good it could have past for a steak. My partner had a take home dish which we had the following day and it was unbelievably delicious even then after reheating. Would recommend for a unique night out.

Everyone should experience Solaire wine and bar restaurant. The ambiance of the restaurant is great because of the intimacy of the space. The bartender and the waiter/waitress are friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoy coming every week to experience the camaraderie of the people and place. Love the experience.

I cannot say how impressed I am about the service and food at Solaire. As my first time in Hudson, OH I was not expecting much compared to NYC but I was pleasantly surprised. Jen and Morgan (the manager) were great and very receptive. If you find yourself in Hudson, OH I would definitely recommend a visit.

Love it! We ate here recently and I have to say it was darn good and a nice change from all the chains out here! I dont know what the other guy was talking about we ordered a few mixed drinks and I had to ask them to add more coke because it was way too strong! Definitely check it out if you are in the area.

Had a great experience chatting with the bartender. Very knowledgeable. Terrific suggestions. Delicious wines. Would definitely come back. Stayed at the inn as well. Fantastic. Warm cozy room. Fireplace is a terrific touch. Returning to this gem for sure because its the only game in town.
